    CNC machinist produce parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; adheres to quality and safety standards; completes accurate quality records as per EIS ISO standard requirements; maintains the minimal daily maintenance requirements of equipment and supplies. Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities: (Include the following; however, other duties may apply.) • Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner • Ability to operate one machine independently • Reads and interprets basic mechanical blueprints proficiently • Able to convert from/to metric and imperial, fraction, and decimal • Properly and safely loads and unloads parts and raw material in CNC Machinery • Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements • Recognizes and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling • Understands and able to perform tool wear offsets • Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance task on CNC Machinery • Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and SIS's safety procedures • Complies with all quality policies, specification, regulations, and instructions • Correctly identify basic materials • Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality • Participate in required meetings and training Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
