How about this one?** We're seeking a **_Machinist_** **(multiple positions)** to work with one of our top **Medical Devices** industry clients at **Caguas, PR.** **Salary:** **Shift** **Days** **Hrs Shcedule** **Pay Rate** **Regular Shift (8hrs)** **Mon - Fri** **$12.00** **12 hrs Day Shift** **Sun - Tue (Alternate Wednesdays)** **Thu - Sat (Alternate Wednesdays)** **6am - 6pm** **$12.60** **12 Hrs Nigth Shift** **Sun - Tue (Alternate Wednesdays)** **Thu - Sat (Alternate Wednesdays)** **6pm - 6am** **$14.04** **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:** + Technical or Associate's degree in Mechanic, Tool & Die or any technical related field; or equivalent experience + Good understanding of machining principles, tooling, and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) + Ability to identify and resolve machining problems through program optimization and tooling selection. + Understand and follow SOP work instructions + Knowledge and use SPC/SOP software to collect and record measurements preferable. + **Available to work 12 hours shift Thursday to Saturday - (6pm to 6am)** The **Machinist** will be responsible to operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of precision products (including CNC's & automated equipment) and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. Perform inspection to ensure product quality per Print/SOP specifications. Meet efficiency and scrap goals. Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for various materials and machining operations. Use of bandsaw with an automated feeder. List and verify operations. Adhere to all company polices.
