How about this one?** We're seeking a **_Machinist_** **(multiple positions)** to work with one of our top **Medical Devices** industry clients at **Caguas, PR.** **Salary:** **Shift** **Days** **Hrs Schedule** **Pay Rate** **Regular Shift (8hrs)** **Mon - Fri** **1st, 2nd, 3rd** **$12.00-$12.50** **12 hrs Day Shift** **Sun - Tue (Alternate Wednesdays)** **Thu - Sat (Alternate Wednesdays)** **6am - 6pm** **$12.60** **12 Hrs Night Shift** **Sun - Tue (Alternate Wednesdays)** **Thu - Sat (Alternate Wednesdays)** **6pm - 6am** **$14.04** **This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following requirements:** + Technical or Associate's degree in Mechanic, Tool & Die or any technical related field; or equivalent experience + Good understanding of machining principles, tooling, and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) + Ability to identify and resolve machining problems through program optimization and tooling selection. + Understand and follow SOP work instructions + Knowledge and use SPC/SOP software to collect and record measurements preferable. + **Available to work 12 hours shift Thursday to Saturday - (6pm to 6am)** The **Machinist** will be responsible to operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of precision products (including CNC's & automated equipment) and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates. Perform inspection to ensure product quality per Print/SOP specifications. Meet efficiency and scrap goals. Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for various materials and machining operations.
