What You'll Do • Program CNC machines (mills, lathes, and multi-axis equipment) using CAD/CAM software to support production needs. • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency, quality, and cycle times. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications. • Collaborate with engineering, machining, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing challenges. • Perform tooling selection, setup instructions, and process documentation. • Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement projects. What We're Looking For • Experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment (preferred: metalworking, molds, or precision machining). • Experience with Siemens NX is welcome and preferred. • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar). • Strong understanding of G-code, CNC operations, and machining practices. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
