Duties/Responsibilities: * Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes to machine parts to specification. * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions. * Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy. * Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, etc.). * Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues. * Perform basic program edits on CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, or similar). * Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S principles. * Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
