- Project management activities to troubleshoot and arrive at solutions to streamline and increase productivity of departmental functions.
11. JCL
- Maintained programs, documentation, and JCL of automated lease accounting system used by a subsidiary of the company.
- Provided maintenance and enhancements of batch programs written in COBOL/MVS and JCL.
12. Unix
UNIX is a computer operating system that was first created in the 1960s and has been constantly updated since then. The operating system refers to the set of programs that enable a machine to function. It is a multi-user, multi-tasking device that works on computers, laptops, and servers. UNIX systems also have a graphical user interface (GUI), similar to Microsoft Windows, that makes it simple to use.

13. DOS
- Hired as a computer operator but ended up doing more programming in FoxBase/FoxPro for DOS and early Windows versions.

14. Windows NT
