For the Chief Information Office (CIO), the Task Order provides IT managed services for a Government TS/SCI network modernization program focused on specific technologies and hardware needed to operate the wide area network, or highway, that enables TS/SCI communications.

AT&T has an opening for a Configuration Manager to configure, manage, and maintain the customer system and associated servers.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain the system, and associated servers supporting this system, that handle administrative access to these devices and services in coordination with Government lead
Provide product identification, change control, status accounting, operation of the program support library, and development and monitoring of equipment/system acceptance plans
Create and maintain current network and system configuration information to include network maps and system configuration (OS, version, patch level, installed applications and services).
Maintain these documents shall be maintained within the Knowledge Management portal and reviewed, and updated as applicable, on a monthly basis

Required Clearance:
TS/SCI with poly (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:

Candidate must have a total of 6 years of applicable experience. The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 6 years of work history OR an Associate's and 4 years, a Bachelors' and 2 years, a master's and 2 years of relevant work history.
Experience with the design and use of JWICS. Experience implementing configuration and change management solutions and providing support to the system engineering, software engineering, and testing teams.

You will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering capability to the program for effective engine and exhaust configuration management. This role will require extensive configuration management experience, with a focus on engine management and delivery to meet customer schedules, collaboration across functional groups, and coordination of engine configurations for development testing and production.

Key Accountabilities:

* Identify and utilize the rules, tools and processes to support the efficient execution of Configuration Management for the program.
* Identify and utilize the Teamcenter Configuration and Change Management (CCM) functionality to support the program. This includes management of Investigation Requests/Changes Requests/Change Notices, Product Change Board agendas/minutes, status accounting, metric development along with Part Mastering and Product Mastering functionality and processes.
* Support the program engine Bill of Material (BOM) using the required processes and tools for Configuration Management including EBOM, PBOM and ABOM. This would apply to both Development engines and Production engines.
* Serve as Configuration Management subject matter expert to drive discipline at the program level.
* Manage planning and execution of the program using the Product Change Board process including management of change objects/notices, agendas/minutes and serving as a quorum member of the change board.

Basic Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5+ years of experience in engineering including Configuration Management, OR
* Master's Degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in engineering including Configuration Management, OR
* JD/PhD
* Experience with definition and change management in PLM tools.
* Experience with responsibility for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications.
* In order to be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen.

Preferred Requirements:

* CM2 certified or otherwise demonstrated understanding of Configuration Management principles.
* Proven ability to operate independently within cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated planning, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills - particularly as part of business transformation to implement new processes.
* Basic understanding of engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and aftermarket.
* Skilled in Teamcenter product lifecycle management workflows and change management
* Proficiency in computer and technical skills including Computer Aided Design (CAD), Bills of Material (BoM), SAP's BoM module, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions, or other PMIS solutions
  • Take ownership of specific components of final product and build the solution to meet client requirements
  • Assist Solution Owners and Project Managers with development of strategy to meet client-specific goals
  • Solve problems and execute on deliverables with minimal instruction
  • Execute UAT process and obtain final sign off from clients
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements, make recommendations, take detailed notes, and convey those to other members of the project team
  • Assist with the development of integration and migration plans
  • Escalate any issues promptly to project leadership
  • Develop technical documentation, such as solution designs, as-builts, test scripts, etc
  • Ability to demo solutions to clients
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and adapt quickly
  • Support sales process as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience developing, configuring, or administrating project management software with large CapEx organizations
  • Proven ability to lead client meetings, capture requirements, then build those requirements into the project management software
  • Excellent communication skills (virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strongly prefer deep experience of Oracle Primavera Unifier
  • When dealing with clients face to face, applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Proof of vaccination is required prior to the date of hire.
