A Construction Technician is a skilled tradesman involved in the construction process of homes, buildings, or factories. They can be in general construction or more specialized roles in drafting, inspecting, and managing, depending on their training or experience. Technicians going through training programs will have more technical and management-oriented skills. Their scope extends to monitoring build progress, preparing sites, and drafting blueprints using CAD software supplier negotiation on materials, labor and equipment cost estimation, and contracts review. After gaining years of experience, a technician will be tasked with supervising the contracting team and project.
Certified Medical Technicians are specialists in medical diagnoses by performing laboratory testing and analysis for hospitals and physicians. Their duties include lab sanitization to prepare for testing and collection, recording medical samples for testing, specimen preparation, blood drawing for donation and testing, and assisting physicians with sample collection as well as equipment handling in surgical rooms.
