About the Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC), you will:
Account Management: Establish and maintain specific account relationships, acting as the primary inside point of contact for buying customers from the initial quote through production.
Resource Support: Serve as the resource for information and problem-solving, collaborating with operations and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
Strategic Program & Portfolio Management
Develop and implement enterprise-wide project controls and scheduling training and frameworks to ensure consistency, predictability, and scalability across T&D projects
Scheduling Program Best Practices
Provide strategic guidance to project managers, schedulers and controls, supporting teams to optimizing schedules
Create, update, and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools, ensuring integration with cost and resource plans
Lead project teams with schedule development, logic sequencing, resource loading, and critical path analysis
Design training programs on schedule management tools and methodologies
Lead training for project managers, superintendents, and field leaders on schedule development, tracking, and forecasting
Perform periodic schedule audits to ensure consistency and accuracy across projects
Evaluate schedule performance and provide recovery strategies when delays or risks are identified

About You:
Qualifications

Responsibilities
Ability to assist and support the Plant Automation Engineer with the operation, maintenance, and programming of all plant instrument/analyzer systems including logic, analog and graphics, and all other technology that may be acquired

Manage and direct multiple 3rd party design firms working towards Issued for Construction Drawings for Electrical, Civil, and Structural designs.
Coordinate and lead design reviews at each design milestone. Design reviews will likely include the owner, CSI, and 3rd party personnel.
Perform the overall coordination and integration of technical activities in engineering projects and services. Direct and review project designs and technology integration.
Work with project managers to facilitate design understanding as the start of construction occurs. Ensure there is understanding of the intent of the design and how the design will be audited throughout the construction phase.
Seek opportunities to add value to the project. Perform economic analysis/value engineering to determine cost-effective solutions and prepare written recommendations. Ensure value engineering is incorporated into future designs.
Manage 3rd party engineering resources to ensure deadlines are met, and the construction team has the necessary engineering information to produce a quality project on schedule.
Maintain and manage engineering schedules and budgets to meet the requirements of the project. Possess a full understanding of time and resource management to achieve the results needed for project deadlines.
Review and facilitate approval of materials to be used on the project by attaining Engineer of Record approvals or other resources available.

Position Summary:
The 2nd shift Production Supervisor, reporting to the Plant Manager, is responsible for supervising the employees in the production area on the shift assigned in our climate-controlled facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that quality requirements are met while working in a safe manner compliant with Company policies and guidelines under our ISO and VPP certifications.

Supervising the 2nd shift manufacturing production area with approximately 60 employees.
Ensure the safety of all employees and that all employees are following all safety practices implemented under our company Safe Start Principals and SPEAR Initiative programs. This includes conducting daily safety training, adhering to safety standards regarding personal protective equipment which will include, but not limited to, wearing safety footwear, safety glasses, gloves, Tyvek suits, eye/face shields, and a full-face respirator (must pass a pulmonary function test, i.e. - respirator physical), as required.
Ensure that quality requirements are met while working in a safe manner and compliant with company employment guidelines. Conduct training and verify compliance of quality processes and procedures.
Prioritizing workflow to maximize efficiency and meet production goals.
Complete all required paperwork and reports, including recording material usage, production hours/labor, waste calculations, inventory management, etc.
Responsible for hourly performance reviews, disciplinary actions, interviewing perspective employees, and production staffing/scheduling.
Assist with overall development and training needs for the personnel to improve skill level, involvement, value, and morale.
Participate in all manufacturing processes along with our company specific safety initiatives.
Provide input and recommendations for changes in work procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Ensure proper equipment and materials are in place and maintain good housekeeping of work areas, using 5S methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers to convert quotes and scopes into executable contracts.
Track and maintain a contract log to monitor status, execution, and compliance documentation.
Ensure compliance with California-specific requirements including:
AB5 (independent contractor classification)
DIR registration, prevailing wage laws, and skilled & trained workforce standards
Manage subcontractor insurance, bonding, business licenses, and compliance documents before mobilization.
Act as the OCIP Administrator on applicable projects.
Coordinate with accounting and procurement to align contract values and purchase orders.
Process and maintain contract change orders, amendments, and close-out documentation.
Support subcontractor onboarding, prequalification, and compliance tracking.
Communicate with Legal and Risk Management regarding contract terms, exceptions, and disputes.
Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in contract administration within heavy civil or public works construction (California experience required).
Strong understanding of California labor and construction law, including AB5 and public agency compliance.
Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP insurance programs and vendor onboarding.
