What you will do
Under specific direction is responsible for the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level. Promote the Johnson Controls value proposition to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise. Builds and manages long term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts. Responsible for customer satisfaction. Positions renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships. Performs the sales process to cultivate and manage long-term relationships and seeking out, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities. Obtain and close sales on a monthly basis. Seeks to expand the depth and breadth of Johnson Controls offerings within an account.
How you will do it
With direction from the supervising manager, sells the Johnson Controls offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to building owners at the D-level while reaching optimal profit levels.
Focuses on improving the existing building to allow the building owner to achieve business objectives.
Manages ongoing, opportunities particularly focusing on selling services and retrofits.
Sells, renews and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, to both new and existing customers.
Builds partnering relationships with the owner or owner representatives responsible for the decision-making process to drive the sale of Johnson Controls service offerings.
Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns.
Understands the customer's business and speaks their language.

Summary

Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final inspections on assemblies, weldments, and fabricated components.

What You Will Achieve
Utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), EM technicians are responsible for performing a variety of sampling activities in all aseptic and controlled areas of the facility as well as the plant utility systems. Personnel must be able to pass and maintain aseptic qualifications and department training. Good aseptic technique, sampling technique, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), teamwork, and maintaining a safe working environment are expected. In addition to performance of routine monitoring, EM technicians will be responsible for overall operation of the laboratory including EMS operation, stocking of supplies, preparation of equipment, routine sanitation activities, and overall lab upkeep.
In this role, you will:
Perform environmental monitoring tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents.
Ensure all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner.
Document all tasks within MODA, LIMS, or standard laboratory paper documentation utilizing GDP principles.
Entry of information into laboratory logbooks as applicable for tasks per SOP.
Partner and communicate with operations, aseptic services, validations, and other site departments as required for support of operations and GMP processes.
Perform Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) alarm acknowledgement.
Actively participate in daily and weekly laboratory meetings.
Accurately complete task management tools and handover communications.
Perform general lab tasks including cleaning and equipment preparation.
Maintain training for all required tasks.

Prepare formal bids and provide accurate material and labor take-offs
Utilize Tekla EPM Software to compute labor, material, and shipping costs
Utilize BlueBeam Revu Software to analyze and markup construction drawings
Communicate accordingly with general contractors, trade partners and vendors
Review and compare supplier bids for buyout products such as (Joist and Deck, Grating, Architectural Railings, etc.)
Assist in repricing of costs associated with Change Orders
Collaborate with operations to provide constructability and coordination reviews of the project documents
Position Requirements
College degree in Construction Science or Civil Engineering required
Knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals preferred
Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications preferred

The Production Support Technician (PST) provides assistance to the production team by performing various production tasks as well as maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. This function is critical to increasing production uptime and reducing downtime by assisting with live jobs in various work centers, maintaining supplies and consumables, and ensuring a sanitary and organized work environment in the plant.
Essential Functions:
* Assisting with jobs at press:
* Loading stock on the press unwinds. This includes the press, butt splicer, and laminate tower.
* Install/Remove pre mounted plates in press.
* Install/Remove dies and other tooling in press.
* Assist in maintaining supply levels:
* Notify warehouse when stock is needed at press and when materials need to be returned to warehouse.
* Notify ink technician when inks are needed at press and to be returned to ink department.
* Maintain all consumable supplies at press.
* Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by:
* Cleaning, reassembling, and returning ink pans, aniloxes, doctor blade chambers, etc. to the presses.
* Returning stock and tools to designate return areas.
* Empty all trash receptacles.
* Cleaning of the shop floor, printing presses, rewind machines, and any other components inside or outside Phenix as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Assist in select finishing related tasks as need: assisting in off line finishing process (i.e. shrink wrapping, kitting and fan folding), boxing finished product from finishers into a box.
* Individual must be able to work independently with minimal guidance required. This implies good time management, planning/organization, and decision-making skills.
* Individual must be able to complete any reasonable request of management necessary to effectively operate the department/company.
* Individual must be able to interact effectively with supervisors and peers.
* Individual must be able to perform general physical activities:
