What you will be doing in this Analytics role:
The Data Analytics Team is looking for co-op students to work on projects delivering foundational enterprise data assets that are critical for transformation to being a data-driven organization. This highly visible program will develop a consistent, governed set of core facts about our customers that drive decision -making across all aspects of the business.

You will need:
Basic knowledge of PythonBasic understanding of source code repositories and how they are used.Basic database design principles: tables, views, partitioning, Explore existing data sources using Snowflate, SQL and Tableau to insert, update, or retrieve data Basic understanding of cloud technologies, such as AWS.Determine how existing data could be transformed and/or combined with additional data sources in order to solve an analytical problem Experiment with various big data technologies, statistical methodologies, and machine learning methodologies to prototype a solution to an analytical problem Create visuals and presentations to report progress and results Participate in the end-to-end data delivery lifecycle

Who we are looking for:
At a minimum, you must be a student currently enrolled at Northeastern University or the Roux Institute, be a rising junior or senior, masters-level student, in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program.Must have a GPA of at least 3.0Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with SQL and data visualization, primarily TableauStrong project management skills, including planning and execution Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative and virtual environment

The Data I/O Tier 1 operator handles data IO and customer service as part of Light Iron's virtual front desk. The operator manages data from multiple sources, notifies producers and clients of data movement, professionally handles customer needs, assists with billing, and proactively solves problems.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting abilities, technical aptitude, and people skills. A successful candidate must be able to handle tasks concurrently and quickly switch priorities as needed. This is an entry level post production position with opportunities for growth.
Required Skills and Experience:

* Understanding of file-based post production workflow and associated hardware
* An interest in post production
* Understanding of data transfer hardware (hard drives, data cables, LTOs, HDCAMs, etc.)
* Experience with file sharing software (Media Shuttle, Aspera, PIX, Frame IO, Dropbox, etc.)
* Experience with productivity and project management software (Google Apps, Slack, Trello, Farmer's Wife, etc.)
* Extremely organized and detail oriented
* Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Customer service oriented
* Comfortable working alone for extended periods
* Comfortable interacting with high profile clients
* Comfortable working in a mac OS environment

Key Responsibilities:

* Data IO (sending, receiving, and moving data)
* Assists with vault operations on an as-needed basis: Handling physical assets, logging physical assets, reception
* Billing data IO transfers

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:

Prompt and regular attendance is required, employees are expected to begin work at the start of their scheduled shift and to complete their assigned work shift according to the responsibilities of their position.

This position works an evening shift, 4pm-1am, frequently works alone, and will occasionally require long hours and weekend work.

Travel:

Some out-of-state/country and overnight travel may be expected.

Position Overview: January 9th - June 30th 2023. Hybrid in Acton, MAInsulet Corporation, maker of the OmniPod, is the leader in tubeless insulin pump. The Data Scientist role is responsible for supporting research and development of global analytics and data science initiatives, according to Insulet's data analytics strategy. Working with senior analytics technical leaders, you will develop tools and processes to transform data into insights with subject matter experts from cross-functional teams. Using data cleaning best practices, aggregation, and joining large datasets, you will leverage cloud technologies to build insights into a comprehensive view of product to patient. You will gain detailed knowledge of multiple facets of business operation and collaborate with other Data Scientists in the Analytics COE to support cross-functional efforts spanning R&D, medical affairs, quality, and global manufacturing, among others. Responsibilities:
