Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Receive pick tickets, locate and pull items, and ensure order accuracy. Packing: Select appropriate boxes/materials, wrap fragile items, use fillers such as bubble wrap, packing paper, or peanuts, and seal securely, and weigh packages. Labeling: Create and apply correct shipping labels and record tracking information. Experience with carrier software such as Ship Station is a plus. Warehouse: Organize outgoing goods, maintain and organize shipping supplies. Assist with inventory receiving, as needed. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Able to lift, carry, push, or pull 50+ pounds and perform tasks like bending, climbing, squatting, and kneeling. Able to stand or walk for long periods. Mathematical Skills: Able to perform basic math. Computer Skills: Able to process orders using dealer specific software. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SkuVault/Linnworks is a plus, training will be provided if needed. Tools: Skilled in operating hand tools, pallet jacks. Forklift experience, and certification, is a plus. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in gathering information, documenting issues, verifying order details, and following processes consistently. Time Management and Efficiency: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency, and ensuring timely completion. Collaboration and Teamwork: Works effectively with leaders and team members across departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer service experience. Communication Skills: Communicates clearly with colleagues and customers, both in person and over the phone, while adapting style to the situation. Benefits: Eight Paid Holidays per year.
