Associate Dentist - 2 Days
Gervino Group
Dentist job in Pelham, NY
This isn't a churn-and-burn operation. We prioritize clinical excellence and patient care over quotas and upsells, because we know that's what leads to real, sustainable success. If you're open to mentorship, eager to keep learning, and want to be part of a team that actually functions like a team - keep reading.
Why this role is different:
You're not nickel-and-dimed. Zero deductions for supplies or materials. You focus on care, not cost.
You have access to real resources. Full Henry Schein formulary at your fingertips - no fighting for the tools you need.
Mentorship is built in, not bolted on. Work alongside experienced clinicians who want to help you grow, not just fill a schedule.
Continuing education is real. 8-12 CE credits annually, including in-house sessions and programs with outside vendors. We're CERP-certified and take your development seriously.
You get a guaranteed base while you ramp up. 12 weeks of base pay (minimum $650/day, higher based on experience), so you're not stressing while building momentum.
What you'll be doing:
Providing comprehensive general dentistry to an existing patient base that already trusts the practice. Collaborating with a strong team. Building relationships. Delivering care you're proud of.
What we're looking for:
DMD or DDS with an active (or soon-to-be-active) NY dental license
Someone who values mentorship and is open to learning from different clinical perspectives
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient relationships
A team player who wants to grow with a practice, not just pass through
The bigger picture:
This is a DSO that's scaling thoughtfully - investing in people, systems, and long-term success. If you're looking for a place where you can grow clinically, financially, and professionally without sacrificing your values, this is worth a conversation.
