High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in automotive detailing or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in automotive detailing, car washing, or related work preferred, with a strong understanding of detailing techniques and products.
Knowledge of automotive cleaning products, equipment, and techniques, including paint correction, waxing, and interior cleaning, with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence in all aspects of the detailing process, from cleaning and polishing to paint correction and touch-up.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods, in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
