What You'll Do:
Install & repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems used for water distribution and wastewater disposal in commercial and industrial buildings
Review building plans & specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
Identify the required tools and special equipment
Select the size and type of pipe required for the job, locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
Assemble and install valves and fittings
Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks

JOB OVERVIEW
The Meetings Coordinator provides administrative support, coordination, and management for meetings and events. This role supports all phases of event planning, including site selection, registration, participant accommodations, and on-site execution, while working closely with department leadership, lead planners and program managers.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Collaborate with the lead planner and/or program manager to manage the full registration process for meetings, conferences, and events, including registration build-out, attendee support, and financial reconciliation.
Prepare and manage pre- and post-conference registration reports and maintain historical tracking records.
Support attendee management by responding to inquiries, updating Cvent registrations, and assisting the lead planner with attendee communications and updates.
Partner with the lead planner to coordinate and manage the ABC Events app development process, including setup, banner ads, and logos.
Manage all on-site registration operations, including coordination of Cvent's OnArrival platform, supervision of registration staff and volunteers, processing on-site registrations, badge and materials distribution, and serving as an information helpdesk.

Program Summary:
The Materials Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a structured, 18-24 months rotational program designed to develop future leaders within Peckham Industries' materials businesses. Participants rotate through core functional areas including quarry operations, plant administration, environmental compliance, quality control, safety, HMA operations, and sales.
The program combines hands-on field experience, formal training, mentorship, and leadership development. Upon successful completion, graduates are expected to be prepared to assume a leadership role such as Assistant Plant Manager at one of Peckham's materials operations.
