Position Overview:

The Director of Account Services oversees provider type relationship building/handling and JOCs for large clients, develops loyalty in the field, and establishes bonds with key people within a provider network - from front desk to top level caregivers and administrators.   • Anticipates and prevents problems from arising; ensures the providers in assigned “type” are successful.
