The Executive Nurse Director of Quality Management will drive clinical quality and safety programs. The Executive Nurse Director of Quality Management will be responsible for quality program oversight, associated medical staff issues, member concerns and grievances to ensure submission to accreditation and regulatory bodies are timely and accurate; and ensure that processes supporting submissions are reliable. The Executive Nurse Director of Quality Management will facilitate health plan assessment of quality programs at the medical center including MDQR.

The Executive Nurse Director of Quality Management will develop strong collaborative leadership relationships with TPMG, external regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, employer groups with joint accountability to develop systems and corrective action plans for the facility to meet regulatory compliance. Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital- Gilbert is the second joint venture operation, free-standing Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital between Dignity Health and Kindred Healthcare. This new 50,000 square foot two-story 40-bed hospital will be located at
1850 South Santan Village Gilbert, Arizona.

The facility will have all private rooms and focus on acute rehabilitation for patients who suffer from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, complex neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, multiple trauma, amputation and other injuries or disorders. The large multidisciplinary therapy gymnasiums will be outfitted with the latest therapeutic technologies, including augmented reality balance training, therapy bionics and a full body exoskeleton. JOB SUMMARY:


The DQM assumes responsibility and accountability for the hospital-wide Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement program.
