The Distribution Representative is responsible for packing, assembling, processing orders, operating machinery and other functions as needed. Working internally with customer service representatives and peers to meet client needs. The successful candidate will also verify and keep records on incoming/outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.

This position will serve our Replacement Parts Division, located in West Valley, Utah.
Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Locate stock and fill orders.
Check outgoing material for accurate descriptions and quantities based on purchase orders.
Prepare required reports.
Use handheld Scanner/ADC device to locate and add or deduct from inventory.
Use computer to confirm order status.
Moderate to heavy lifting.
Maintain quality and safety standards.
Maintain good housekeeping.
Regular attendance is expected and required.
Perform other duties required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

WHAT YOU NEED:

High school diploma/GED preferred. Minimum of 0-1 year of related experience.
Acute detail and accuracy skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both internally and externally

Fall 2022 Distribution Representative

The National Theatre for Children (NTC) is a touring theatre company that performs at thousands of elementary, middle, and high schools across the country each year. All of our programming is FREE to schools. These programs are coordinated by the School Communications department, who, as a team, promotes and schedules these programs. School Communications Distribution Representatives organize and assemble print materials for our scheduled performances for schools nationwide.

Principal Responsibilities:

Execute distribution of printed marketing, education and activation school materials.

  • Assemble printed program materials to prepare packages for shipment
    • Determine correct printed student materials to include per each NTC program
    • Print necessary cover letters
    • Run labels
  • Prepare mailings for postal pick-up
    • Trifold mailing contents, stuff and label envelopes
    • Run envelopes through mailing machine to add postage
    • Sticker postcards with labels and stamps
  • Report regularly to Distribution Manager on workload progress, issues and updates.

Work Schedule/Pay: This position is available on a part time, seasonal basis from now December 16th, 2022 requires 30 hours of work per week, Monday-Friday, between 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Central Time. Scheduling is flexible. Starting pay is $16/hour.

Eaton's North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Distributor Sales Representative to join our team. This is a hybrid-based position that is based at our City of Industry (greater Los Angeles), CA location.

The primary function of Distributor Sales Specialist is to manage the assigned customer base to increase sales in the local marketplace and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors and internal personnel. This position will be responsible for directly interfacing with assigned distributors by providing a variety of sales support and administrative services in inventory management. It is required to identify and coordinate training needs, product promotion administration, product and price information as well as problem resolution in order to optimize Eaton electrical penetration and sales.

The primary functions include but are not limited to: providing customer support in the areas of product capabilities, claims and billing adjustments; achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or accounts; utilizing established co-worker relationships with plants to accomplish the strategic plan; support total quality efforts by providing timely and accurate information for order entry, elevating quality issues to attention of management; collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs, preference, buying habits, inventory and promotion management.
