Summary

The Senior Architectural Historian should have the archaeological and historic preservation knowledge, analytical skills, and experience with archaeology and historic preservation statutes, regulations, policies, and guidelines equivalent to a Ph.D. degree in architectural history or a closely related field with specialized training in architectural history. * Serve as the technical lead for the project team.

* Prepare and revise documentation for various project phases from feasibility analysis to construction close out which include but limited to grading, drainage, wet utility, street improvements, and other civil engineering design documents
* Prepare concept design alternatives considering site constraints and project objectives to evolve the project layout.
* Prepare three-dimensional models of civil systems and provide markups / direction for junior engineers/designers.
* Prepare construction quantity estimates and basic opinion of cost analysis.
* Lead the preparation and coordination of project specifications and construction documents.
* Participate in constructability review.
* Conduct quality assurance and quality control on projects.
* Assist with processing project documentation to approval and permit availability
* Participate in coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, subcontractors, and vendors.

Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Project Controls Analyst with a solid background in project controls functions. The Project Controls Analyst is a key point of contact for numerous internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for all aspects of the position as outlined below.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide budget, contract, and financial management support to Project Managers
* Assist Project Managers with maintaining the life cycle of projects per client requirements and company guidelines

* Audit project management reports for financial impacts and provisions for gross profit optimization
* Assist Project Managers with monthly forecasts and financial estimates

* Perform and manage all budget and cost control functions
* Prepare month-end reports, variance reports, and ad hoc reports as required

Your Capabilities and Credentials
* Experience is required in all aspects of budget and cost controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and earned value management

Summary

This position provides upper-level cultural resources support to DOWL's internal and external clients, including a full spectrum of proposal writing, research, documentation, report preparation, public involvement, and agency and tribal coordination services as required by the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The person in this position synthesizes the results of background research and data assembly, conducts cultural resource identification and documentation, carries out monitoring, survey, and testing cultural resource sites, performs lab work, and manages field data. They also produce moderate to large-scale cultural resource reports, draft complete CRM reports, assemble lists of stakeholders and consulting parties (including tribal governments and entities), arrange, participate, and lead cultural resources consultation meetings, and prepare correspondence specific to cultural resource investigations and other CRM activities. They are responsible for managing project schedules and deliverables, field survey crews and field data, and the production of reports.
