Drive a tank truck/trailer or tractor/trailer to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. Obey all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Follow MPC and site specific standard operating procedures for the loading and offloading process.
Perform post-trip inspection on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and DOT regulations. Complete all regulatory and customary paperwork. Ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
Communicate all incidents, including safety and environmental concerns, according to company procedures.
Report all equipment issues in a timely manner.
Follow, maintain, and adhere to all safety rules and operating procedures, including all DOT regulations.
Physical Requirements Include
Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to work on elevated spaces: 30+ feet on graded elevation.
Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50-65 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Our Road construction program has been around for many years. We employ over 100 flaggers statewide. This is an entry level position, however, requires a mature person who can work in a team as well as independently. This position involves a LOT of travelling.
Pay for this position starts at $18.50 an hour!
To qualify for this position, you must have:
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance in your name
Vehicle that can stay onsite with you
Limited criminal history
Flexibility to work sunup to sundown 7 days a week. No exceptions.
Ability and willingness to travel 50+ miles to construction sites daily

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Control flow of traffic around construction jobsite
Communicating effectively with your team and foreman
Complete proper paperwork for each job
Using proper PPE (Tools are provided to use by Advance Employment)
Informing construction crews of any traffic issues
Withstand prolonged standing, up to 12+hr a day
Ability to work with a heighted awareness.
Flexibility to work various locations and schedules with the ability to travel (50 miles+ one way often, additional pay given after 50 miles).

Job Purpose:
The Pinnacle Propane Express truck driver provides propane cylinder delivery to customers in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining awareness of customer satisfaction and public safety.
Description of Essential Duties:
Load trucks with propane cylinders
Deliver propane cylinders to assigned route
Routes are designed to sell or exchange 300-550 tanks a day, it is physically demanding
Properly fill out driver logs and daily paperwork and mail paperwork to the main office daily
Complete assigned routes in a logical sequence ensuring all delivery times are met and working at a steady pace while delivering the propane cylinders, maintaining safety.
Perform all truck maintenance, on a daily basis, verify all safety supplies are on the truck, keep inside and outside of truck clean and orderly, and notify manager of any issues that need to be fixed.
Maintain positive friendly working relationships with all customers, meeting delivery window time frames and dependable and reliable expectations.
