Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day scheduling, payroll accuracy, and timekeeping for assigned officers.
Ensure all posts are filled by qualified, licensed officers-minimizing unbillable overtime and ensuring shift coverage before close of business.
Provide leadership, guidance, and accountability for branch personnel.
Maintain employee and client files in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training of new hires.
Support and track completion of training requirements including orientation, site-specific, safety, and state-mandated courses.
Administer coaching and corrective action when necessary.
