Adhere to DHR guidelines in regard to the quality of documentation.
Complete notes within agency policy timeline.

Provide consumer information for outside resources and encourage them to access them as independently as possible.
Communicates accurate information to others in a professional and courteous manner; conveys a willingness to assist.
