PURPOSE: To inspect and repair printing machines.
Inspect and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical and mechanical systems on printing machines.
Complete work assigned by Group Leader or Supervisor.
Communicate activities with Group Leader and other members of department.

· Service and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on fuel pump hanging hardware, signs, facias, and other equipment.

* Welding/Fabrication - Projects requiring welding and fabrication of metal pipe and securing means. Cutting and welding of trench and floor grating. Welding repairs on plant equipment.
* Vessels - Perform needed repairs. Confined space entry into various vessels. Equipment Maintenance & Repairs - Assembly, disassembly, and repairs of pumps, agitators, gearboxes and seals require some climbing onto vessels and lifting of replacement parts.
* Hydroblaster - Use tools to complete needed repairs of high pressure pump. Use chain hoist and/or lever hoists to install blaster unit.
* Forklift Operation - Obtain certification/license to mount, dismount and operate powered forklift.
* Clean-up Activities - Janitorial tasks for maintenance areas including trash removal, sweeping, picking up after repair job is completed.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 years commercial or industrial experience
Willingness to learn to read blueprints, run and bend conduit, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing and troubleshooting.
Previous exposure to installation of electrical systems in a new and renovation construction setting is a plus
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
Ability to ascend/descend ladder
Aerial/Scissor Lift certified (preferred)
Mini excavator/ bobcat operating experience (preferred)
OSHA 10/30 (preferred)

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for our growing team! The Maintenance Technician will primarily be responsible for providing world-class care to clients by ensuring needed machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment remains in a good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools.
Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions.
Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary.
Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical testing devices.
Maintain or repair specialized equipment or machinery located in cafeterias, laundries, hospitals, stores, offices or factories.
Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches, or other hand tools.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment.
Test and treat water supply.
Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery.
Inventory and maintain stock and supply.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Experience and Education Needed:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year general maintenance.
Experience includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.

Theme Park Rides Maintenance Technician is a full-time position that will spend a significant amount of time working on rides at Holiday World. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of duties in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of rides, attractions, vehicles, and other mechanical devices in the park. These Technicians are responsible for applying preventative measures to attractions to reduce the risk of future problems.
Maintenance Technicians are also eligible for our skill-based pay program! * Diagnose problems with control systems at wooden coasters to prevent/solve downtime

Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED
* Minimum of three years' experience in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation maintenance preferred
