Education:

Experience:

The Security Concierge supports the operations at the Embraer's Fort Lauderdale Campus at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The ability to respond to other Embraer properties in Fort Lauderdale and Davie is required. JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Administrative Support: Prepare correspondence for management, manage incoming mail, and support departmental documentation and workflow needs.

• Airport Operations Area (AOA) Access (where applicable): Serve as an Authorized Signatory for AOA access, conducting routine audits and ensuring compliance with airport authority standards.
• Security Protocol Development: Prepare and distribute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Post Orders for contracted security staff to ensure consistent adherence to security policies.
• Operational Support: Assist in the oversight of contracted security personnel with daily operations, including entry control, employee updates, and maintenance of contact lists. Assist with security investigations as warranted.
• Emergency Services Assistance: Provide on-site support for Emergency Services during incidents.
• Crisis Management Support: Support the CSO with crisis preparation, response, and recovery activities, including logistical and operational tasks.
• Training: Conduct onboarding and access control training for personnel, ensuring consistent practices and compliance with corporate standards.
• Cost Management: Track and manage invoices associated with the security cost center, ensuring accurate financial reporting. SAP Focal point for purchasing of office supplies and payment of vendors.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
• High School Degree completed required
• Bachelor's ideal or an associate degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in security operations, law enforcement or military security
Experience:
• Minimum of 3+ years demonstrated experience as access control lead, receptionist, administrative assistant or a similar in-person customer facing role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Leadership and Oversight

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
10 years of experience managing regulatory compliance for aerospace/defense contracts with the U.S. government or government affiliated military/defense entities
Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), ITAR, CAS, and export compliance regulations (ITAR/EAR)

Well-developed written and oral communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
