As an EBI Insurance Sales Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting insurance products and services across various employee benefits plans in the Arizona market. Your responsibilities will include prospecting for business within local networks, building strong business-to-business relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through superior customer service.

Qualifications of our Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience.
Preferably, experience in Employee Benefits Insurance sales.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Required state licensing.

What You Will Do

Job Duties
Underwrite and supervise a portion of an Underwriter's book of business, focused on, but not limited to renewals
Evaluate, classify, and rate each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing to prepare quotes
Assist Underwriters to develop and execute marketing plans to drive new and renewal business, including in-person agency visits, telemarketing and distributing marketing materials
Mentor and train Assistant Underwriters as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of Commercial or Personal Lines underwriting support or industry experience
Strong sales and marketing skills required
Proven organization skills and ability with a strong attention to detail
Interest in continued education and professional development to obtain full underwriting authority
Travel when necessary in order to foster strong client relationships

About the Role:
A growing finance firm is seeking a versatile Mid-Level IT Engineer to join their small, fast-paced technology team. This “jack-of-all-trades” role combines user support, desktop engineering, and IT infrastructure projects. The engineer will work closely with the internal application development team and may occasionally support infrastructure needs on the application side.
Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end user support for VIPs, including troubleshooting, application support, and onboarding/offboarding.
Manage and maintain desktop environments using Intune, Autopilot, and related tools.
Plan, implement, and support IT infrastructure projects, including cloud and on-premises systems.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The ideal candidate will oversee the client census process, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and analyzing enrollment data for submission. They will also be responsible for overseeing the creation of the renewal/proposal analysis (Spread) using proposals obtained from carriers and vendors. This role includes tracking and monitoring progress, fielding questions, and reviewing the proposal analysis for accuracy to ensure it meets RFP specifications. The candidate will facilitate the enrollment process as needed, maintain client records in the agency database and file systems, and request and monitor the delivery of renewals from carriers. Additionally, they will provide backup support for the customization of the Employee Navigator portal and manage the implementation of new lines of coverage and carrier changes to ensure smooth launches and transitions. The candidate will assist in the preparation of communication and proofreading of materials for both internal and external purposes, including benefit guides, client presentations, and marketing analysis reports. They will manage file feed setup with third-party vendors and carrier partners and attend client functions and key meetings as necessary. Other responsibilities include preparing benchmarking reports for existing clients, communicating with carriers and vendors pre- and post-sale/renewal, and handling service and compliance issues with clients and carriers. The candidate will also oversee customer service for client human resource personnel and employees, answering benefit, billing, and service questions, and working to effectively resolve any issues.
