Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of relevant civil engineering design experience Engineer in Training (EIT) certification; PE license preparation in progress Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to perform site visits, including climbing ladders and lifting up to 15 pounds of equipment Additional Information Compensation The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $75,000 - $125,000, determined by experience, education, and skills.
