Job Summary Maintain production flow and inform Operations Manager of any problems meeting production goals. Identify production delays in order to minimize the overall manufacturing cycle and assign necessary personnel to complete production requirements. Assignment of daily work tasks and priorities to employees in the department. Resolution of quality, material and work instruction issues. Be responsible for and monitor the progress of the daily care and upkeep of equipment and tools used in the work area. Lead 6S efforts and set the example for all employees to follow. Provide excellent workmanship guidance, direction and promote employee involvement in improvement programs and support of Company goals. Work with the engineering staff to resolve process and quality issues. Provide training to employees as required. Represent and advocate for the Company by following and enforcing the documented Company policies.
