We're hiring a Regional Assistant at our rental facility in Kansas City, MO, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $65,000-$75,000. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours.
Primary Responsibilities
The Regional Assistant plays a key critical role and is responsible for helping support the Regional Operations Director through facilitating, organizing, follow up and completion with a variety of administrative tasks to help keep the teams within the Region organized and on schedule with execution of timelines.
Maintain incoming fleet model for assigned region including the organization, updating and completing all incoming orders
Attend weekly procurement meetings providing feedback, glean information, and update incoming fleet model for total region
Partner with region fleet managers to secure and send out fleet
Ability to identify units on from 30/30 fleet sheets to offer to other regions based on trends
Ability to pull data across multiple platforms into google,microsoft excel, and powerpoint
Coordinates, schedules and arranges travel, meetings, and appointments for the regional team.
Perform various accounting, finance, credit administration and clerical duties as directed to support the region's branches, as necessary

Website Management:

Responsible for sourcing new EquipmentShare locations within designated Region
Scope and budget for remodels of existing building to be converted into new EquipmentShare locations

Process closeout checklist documentation, and manage the 11 month warranty process for all retrofit projects
Store and file all important materials in the project filing system and send final plans to external vendors for data backup post projects
