Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Current Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited industry association such as NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE is required
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
Proven experience in leading and teaching group exercise classes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an outgoing personality, strong customer service abilities, and a talent for building lasting client relationships.
Minimum of 1+ years of industry experience; internship experience will be considered.
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $22.00/hour to $38.00/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs. Overview:
The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for identifying and maximizing all potential revenue opportunities for the hotel. In today's lodging environment, understanding channel and yield management is critical for maximizing revenues. The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for formulating long and short-term Revenue Management strategies and for overseeing their successful execution towards the advancement of RevPAR market share. This includes the analysis of revenue potential generated by the transient and group market segments as well as the market segmentation within transient and group. Responsible for the daily room inventory management process and daily pricing process.
Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management.
Monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency.
Analyze local events and activities and project the effect of opportunities they create.

POSITION SUMMARY
Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength training) at all ability levels. Provide advice to individuals on the correct method of exercising with fitness equipment.
