Our F45 family is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic group fitness trainers. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience.Combining functional movement with high intensity interval training our 45-minute workouts are delivered by a talented team of certified personal trainers using cutting edge technology to deliver results for our members. There are no workouts to plan - the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department does it for you. As an F45 Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day, and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area. MMA PT Sales Admin's are responsible for delivering great member service along with Private Training & Supplement revenue. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Sell and Conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members * Sells training sessions. Conducts monthly, weekly and daily meetings with the coaches to review performance and operations and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving personal and club goals. * Handles member service matters such as providing tours of the Club, explaining services offered by the Coaching Department and signing a member up for training agreements and appointments. Mediates member issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate. * Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed. * Alerts the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally, conducts facility walk through daily. * Supervises coach sales activities. Reviews agreements and prepares daily paperwork. * Complies with operational procedures in the club and follows-up with compliance checks through the monitoring of club systems and employee performance. ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS: The MMA PT Sales Admin will report directly to the Fitness Manager and/or General Manager. The Membership Specialist (MS) will represent UFC GYM by providing a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for all members and guests during their visits. The Membership Specialist is responsible for driving potential members into the gym to deliver industry leading customer services to them as well as our current members. This service must translate into exceeding personal revenue targets issued by management through both internal and external prospecting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Appointment Booking * External marketing, promotions and prospecting. This is a daily activity and requires off site promotions including distributing passes, building relationships with local merchants and branding events to inform the community of UFC gym and services, ultimately resulting into leads. Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs. Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities. Project a positive friendly and caring attitude always while interacting with children and their parents. Maintains that the Kid's Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards. Report any child health concerns to Kid's Club Supervisor/Lead or Operations Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required. Verifies all parents receive copies of the Kid's Club policies.
