JOB SUMMARY: The Evaluation and Data Specialist II is responsible for assisting the agency in collecting, tracking, reporting and maintaining participant databases for the purpose of evaluating inputs, outcomes, trends and gaps; reviewing program and participant data to determine funding compliance and agency quality assurance standards; running reports and general data management to determine project service delivery and project impacts; and assisting the agency in making data-driven decisions through the interpretation of client-centered data analysis while ensuring that services provided are in alignment with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma informed care lens as defined by the agency. The Early Childhood Clinician II provides comprehensive child mental health services to children ages 0-8: Working in classrooms, providing home visits and/or in-office counseling; working with families, teachers/caregivers, and may provide supervision to assigned graduate interns. Services include brief counseling, classroom intervention/observation, teacher consultation, parent guidance, case management, community trainings, family assessments and standardized assessments, and the integration of several evidence-based practices. Because of the age of the children served, staff work integrally with the adults and the environment of the children including parents and teachers. Training and orientation is provided to help new staff integrate those practices and developmentally appropriate approaches for the younger population served. Achieve a minimum of 62% direct service productivity standards based on an agency definition of Direct Service while carrying either a full caseload with no additional duties or a modified caseload when assigned other duties such as community visibilities, stakeholder meetings, community collaborations and/or agency related initiatives.
