About the Role
As a CNA at Ayers, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports dignity, comfort, and safety for our residents. You'll partner closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent daily care and a great resident experience.
Available Shifts
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Full-Time
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Full-Time/Part-Time)
11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Full-Time/Part-Time)
What You'll Do
Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) and safe transfers/ambulation
Take and record vital signs, intake/output; promptly report changes in condition
Maintain accurate EMR/charting and follow individualized care plans
Keep rooms and common areas neat; practice infection control and universal precautions
Respond quickly to call lights; communicate kindly with residents and families
Support a positive, team-first culture and resident-centered care
What You Bring
Active CNA certification in good standing
Reliable follow-through; strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift 60-70 lbs as needed
Comfortable with basic computer/EMR use
Clear, professional communication; respectful teamwork with residents, families, and staff
Meets all local health requirements (may include physical, drug screen, background and references)
Maintains confidentiality/HIPAA and attends required in-service education
