What You'll Do Safely blend, load, and apply fertilizers, ag-lime, and crop protection products according to application recommendations Assist with routine service work on trucks, sprayers, loaders, and other location equipment (oil, filters, lubrication, cleaning, etc.) Help keep buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, organized, and presentable Load and unload grain from trucks and rail cars while ensuring systems are set correctly to minimize shrink and loss Follow all company and regulatory guidelines involving safety, training, and environmental compliance Work cooperatively with team members and assist with other duties as needed What We're Looking For Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Prior custom application or related ag experience is helpful - willing to train the right person Basic mechanical or maintenance ability preferred Ability to obtain a CDL with applicable endorsements and maintain a valid DOT physical Willingness to work seasonal overtime and occasional weekends Physically able to bend, climb ladders, shovel, lift up to 50 lbs, operate valves, and work in confined spaces Comfortable operating forklifts, loaders, and other facility equipment (or willing to learn) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid vacation Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Opportunity to grow within a supportive agricultural team environment
