Certifications Required: MD license or IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact).
ABLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days estimated.
Support Provided: CRNA supervision is required.

This is a working labor position with added responsibilities. Leadman are responsible for supervising and assisting assigned general laborers to complete various assigned projects in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS:
* Clean and prepare construction sites, vessels, and buildings.
* Load and unload furniture and material on vessels when assigned.
* Maintaining a clear and clean facility.
* Assist skilled tradespeople of all departments and on-site contractors as needed.
* Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
* Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions (snow/debris removal, ice melt).
* Assist supervisor overseeing employees on assigned projects.
* Ensure assigned employees are practicing proper safety procedures.
* Ensure assigned general laborers are completing work to satisfactory standards.
* Inspect work for accuracy and quality.
* Inform supervisor when projects are ready to be inspected before moving on.
