Job Description Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas with an industrial truck. Sort and place items on racks in freezer according to predetermined sequence such as size, type or product code Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated rooms with a powered lift Stack case goods on pallet by hand Wrap partial pallets of cases by hand with stretch wrap Mark materials with identifying information with a label or marker Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed Count items for distribution Compile tickets from customer specifications Inspect trailers for cleanliness or condition. As a Cannabis Farm Worker, you'll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale. What You'll Be Doing Get ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like: ✂️ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth 🌱 Supporting plants through every stage of life-from veg to bloom to harvest 💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs 🧼 Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant 🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls ✂️ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep 🧪 Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward ✅ Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed What You Bring to the Grow Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus If you're hardworking and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest!
