What You'll Do:

The OneX Finance Manager - Long-Range Planning & RPA, you will be engaged in driving cross functional strategic projects collaborating with multiple partners across the CX organization. You will also be heavily engaged in the long-range annual planning process. This role requires high level of collaboration skills to work across multiple teams in the organization.

This role will also act as RPA lead for planning and integration projects. You will need to have a strong understanding of requirements, both maintenance and improvements, to influence and drive more automation and efficiency across multiple metrics.

The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with key partners across all levels of business and finance organizations.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field
* 5+ years' experience with planning and integration of financial systems technology (FP&A, Sales/ Services, Engineering)
* Understanding of robotic process automation (RPA)
* Demonstrated ability using tools such as SFDC, Hyperion, CFA, Business Objects
* You are also intellectually curious with a track record of quality
* Knowledge of recurring revenue/subscription metrics is a plus

You can work fully remote within the United States.The mission of the Safety surveillance & Collaboration (S&C) team, CVS Health Clinical Trial Services, is to actively monitor the US public health in collaboration with Food and Drug Administration (FDA), academic institutions, and other health insurance companies. The S&C team conducts descriptive research, medical chart review validations, and pragmatic research using the FDA Sentinel Common Data Model (SCDM), Sentinel and Distributed Research Network (DRN) tools, Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) CDM, Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Initiative (PCORI) CDM, and Aetna's Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).The Clinical Trials Services (CTS) Real World Evidence (RWE) Safety Surveillance & Collaboration (SS&C) team will be expanding our government contracts and grants portfolio. The Senior FP&A Analyst-Grants will ensure the financial and accounting documentation meets government contracts and grants requirements. The role of a Financial Manager-Grants will plan, organize, and coordinate the accounting and financial reporting for RWE SS&C contract and grant portfolio including set and maintain accounting and internal control related policies. Specifically, - Verify financial records and transactions. - Support Grantor Financial, Statutory and Compliance audits- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all reporting/ accounting tasks.- Proactively implement change so as to create efficiencies and improve processes- Work with financial organizations within CVS, CTS, and funders in Federal, State and Private sectors- Responsible for tracking, organizing, and ensuring compliance for financial information requirements related to grants including time tracking- Obtain and organize monetary transactions for compliance with applicable grant and contract terms internal policies and procedures- Ability to organize financial statements for up to 50 grants- Deliver monthly expense reports, variance analysis and reconciliations to the general ledger demonstrating flawless attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high-quality work product- Provide explanations and recommendations for variances from budget and discuss with program personnel to ensure their knowledge and understanding- Become familiar with all aspects of the programs overseen in the unit including regulations and reporting requirements to funders- Reconcile CTS RWE and SS&C rate methodologies or key components to meet contracts and grants requirements- Work with CTS financial team to provide technical and analytical support for the preparation of the organization's annual operating budget including providing technical training to Program
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with budget development for government proposals - Knowledge of governmental financial requirements such as FARS-- 3+ years of Federal grant accounting experience- CVS Health and / or Aetna accounting systems knowledge and experience- Experience with Salesforce and SQL- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, Business, Business/Administration, Professional Accounting, Management, Communication, Auditing, Government-Master's Degree preferred

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Financial Planning & Reporting Manager in Washington, DC.Responsibilities include:

* Provide ongoing budget development, management, and utilization coaching, training, and support to department heads, project managers, and other budget owners within the corporate budgeting system

* Manage development of budget scenarios and the consolidated annual budget, including preparation of comparative budget reports for review and approval

* Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will conduct monthly reviews of financial performance against budget, organizationally and at department and project levels; Advise on and monitor corrective actions

* Produce monthly updated balance sheet risk forecasting model, operating, and capital liquidity projections
* Actively manage monthly forecast of staff time coverage under grants and other funding sources

* Develop project budget and budget narratives for grant proposal submission, including SF-424A forms

* Advise project managers in preparing budget modifications

* Ensure operating budget updates are accurately reflected in the corporate budgeting system

* Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will ensure financial reporting requirements of investors, grantors, and other financial/partner institutions are met

* Manage maintenance and monthly production of risk-based pricing framework

* Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will develop donor financial reports and reimbursement requests for state, local, and federal government-funded grants, and contracts, including SF-425 forms

* Build required financial reporting capabilities in accounting systems, and other reporting templates

* Ensure timely financial reporting is provided to internal and external stakeholders

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics

* CPA preferred

* 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or modeling roles

* Non-profit experience required

* Proven experience budgeting for multiple subsidiaries and cost allocation environments required

* Financial services experience preferred

* Experience within real estate projects preferred
