General Summary
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. Ensure all outs are researched by scanning the location using a mobile device, determining cause, and following all processes to correct the errors.
Utilize all Mango reports and programs along with daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
Maintain on hand integrity throughout the store by reviewing inventory discrepancies to determine the cause of the discrepancy. Counts must be adjusted as needed after the matter has been properly researched.
Maintain oversight of the following functions within store operations: price change completion, integrity of location codes, manage inventory levels, and adjustments.
Coordinates store preparation for periodic full store physical inventories.
Participates in all Inventory Coordinator training and consistently trains and shares knowledge with other store associates.
Work with various Store Support Center departments to ensure proper inventory controls are in place.
Partner with members of management to report and find solutions for inventory concerns.
Complete all other inventory functions as assigned by management.

What the role looks like:
* Passionate about data, analytics, and unlocking the story that data can tell for the business
* Conduct analysis utilizing SQL, Excel, BI Platforms and other analytics tools to develop initiatives to improve profitability on accounts, improve operational performance, and financial analysis
* Highly motivated to identify data quality issues, and to identify opportunities for automation between systems
* Partner with key stakeholders to develop actionable performance metrics
* Partner with the Analytics team
* Ingest and review reporting from a variety of sources, determine what data is relevant to the business, and prepare and present a consolidated view.
* Develop ongoing key performance metrics to drive efficiency and process improvement throughout the business
* Engage with client analysts and project managers to move the program/partnership forward
* Use data to help forecast the capital and number of capital assets needed to sustain and grow the business
* Driving & supporting existing account growth through project management, analytics, associated tasks/projects, and implementation
* Use data to support a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
* Use data & reporting to develop professional internal and external presentations. Strong Power Point experience preferred.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in:
* MS SQL including Domo or PowerBIReport/Analytics design principles
* Business data analysis, data quality, and data visualization
* Creating execution plans and executing projects to completion
* Identifying and implementing operational improvements
* Bachelor's degree required
* Highly proficient in MS SQL, Powerpoint, Excel
* Excellent analytical skills with a record of conducting FP&A type business analysis
* Working in Agile is a plus
* Experience with BI platforms and report building is a plus
* Experience Python/R or other analytical language is a plus
* Fleet experience is a plus.
* Understanding of Government Operations is a plus

Responsibilities
Safely deliver and unload merchandise to all stores and pick up returns and deliver to designated area. Safely pick up merchandise from factories and deliver to destination. Safely transport trailers of merchandise between distribution centers.
Perform pre and post inspections on assigned equipment. Create vehicle inspection sheet for equipment.
Maintain personal daily DOT logs per DOT regulations and retain needed copies.
Fill out Out-of-State mileage reports. (As required)
Communicates information to and from stores, factories and the traffic department throughout the corporation and outside sources. Answers questions.
Distributes merchandise list and other correspondence to stores and factories.
Maintain assigned equipment in serviceable condition (clean inside and outside of tractors, refuel daily upon completion of workday.
Understand the W.S. Badcock Traffic Policies and follow them.
Retrieve and return belts and packing from stores to the warehouse.
Additional Responsibilities
* General housekeeping duties - also keep trucks clean and neat inside.
* Assist in miscellaneous duties as required by management.
Qualifications
High school / GED
One to two years warehouse and traffic experience.
Two to four years experience delivery / traffic experience.
Ability to read and understand maps and directions.
Basic mechanical skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations, & Other Requirements
Valid CDL (A) drivers license with 3 points or less.
Valid medical certification card
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, walk, stand, sit for long driving periods, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist and reach with hands and arms.
Environmental Conditions:
* Works inside and outside in varying weather conditions. May be subject to fumes, dust and airborne particles. May work near moving mechanical parts and subject to vibration.
