Pay Range: $93,825-$117,275 per year Purpose of Position: The Workers' Compensation Program Manager is responsible for the effective management and oversight of Foster Farms' workers' compensation program, including coordination with the third-party administrator (TPA) and other key stakeholders. This position ensures timely, accurate, and fair resolution of claims while promoting a culture of care and compliance throughout the organization. The Program Manager develops and implements claim management strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and support positive recovery outcomes for injured employees. Additionally, this role provides leadership in identifying injury trends, recommending preventive measures, and ensuring consistent, high-quality claims handling practices aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. Essential Job Functions: * Oversee TPA and insurance partners to ensure compliance and effective claims handling. * Collaborate with legal counsel on complex and litigated claims, including mediations, depositions, and settlements. * Partner with HR, Operations, and Safety teams to support return-to-work programs, injury prevention, and incident investigations. * Lead quarterly claim reviews to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. * Ensure TPA compliance with contracts, service standards, and regulatory reporting requirements. * Develop and track key performance metrics to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and strengthen program effectiveness. * Serve as an advocate for injured employees while promoting consistency, fairness, and accountability in claims management. * Provide education and guidance to field leaders on incident management and best practices. * Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and state regulations to ensure compliance. * Oversee reserving practices, ensuring timely and accurate updates. * Review and approve adjuster settlement requests and reserve increases within authorized limits. * Collaborate with internal leadership (Operations, HR, Legal, Risk Management) and external partners (TPA, insurers, medical providers, consultants, and legal counsel) to manage claims effectively. Additional Functions: * Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in risk management, law, claims, or related technical field preferred. * Minimum of 5-7 years of claims experience working for an attorney, insurance carrier, TPA or self-insured employer. * Position will be located onsite in the Central Valley * Certifications/Designations: AIC, ARM, CPCU, SIP designation or equivalent certification(s) preferred. * Proficient with Insurer Claims systems and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS). * Strong Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Suite. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Empathetic and caring demeanor with a strong focus on customer service. * Demonstrated ability to effectively build, develop, and collaboratively work within cross-functional teams. * Strong analytical, influential, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Must be results-oriented with the ability to drive continuous improvement within the organization. Job Description Pay Range: $81,450 to $101,825 per year. Supervise maintenance functions in Processing, Packaging and Rotisserie room. Plan and direct preventive maintenance and maintenance repair/overall actions in the above areas. Direct and supervise shift maintenance for Processing, Packaging and Rotisserie departments. Provide the Maintenance Department Supervisor (on an ongoing basis) with a written list of materials and replacement parts needed. Specifically: Initiate purchase requisitions. Initiate Material Request Cards for spare stock in Maintenance Inventory Control. Recommend needed special tools as required. Provide information on current/potential spares shortages or zero balances. Qualifications Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years maintenance experience in poultry or related industrial areas. This will include a minimum of four (4) years experience with emphasis on following: Exhibit good leadership skills. Demonstrate good interpersonal communications skills. Show expertise in working with mechanical poultry processing machinery. Able to function well under pressure. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be a trained First Responder - Level A suit qualified. Must be a trained Haz-Mat responder at 40-hour level. Must be certified in Confined Space training. Must be current on CPR/First Aid certification. Must be trained in lock-out tag-out and safe work practices. Must be able to bend, stoop walk and stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to climb and work from ladders and in confined spaces safely. Duties/Responsibilities: Identify marine animals using the naked eye and visual technology. Ability to vigilantly monitor for visual detections of marine mammals around observation location for up to 10 hours in a 24-hour period. Documenting behavior and other essential data Documenting data on logs in an organized manner Operate and maintain field equipment including Garmin GPS, binoculars with reticles, range finder, and high-resolution digital camera with video capabilities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, operations, or procurement within cloud computing, data centers, or AI infrastructure. Experience supporting or coordinating partnership discussions and commercial terms. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data centers, or AI compute markets; deep expertise is not required.     Job DescriptionDescription: The Grower Accountant's primary responsibility is to manage Grower settlement systems and processes in accordance with Grower Agreements using Famous accounting software. This includes compiling and preparing work papers to support the preparation, review, and analysis of Grower settlement returns. Secondary responsibilities include process improvement project management to support increased effciency and accuracy in Grower settlment processes. This includes working with users to understand the operational needs and concerns, then research and recommend improvement solutions. This position will be expected to exhibit the highest professional standards, ethical principles, and attention to detail while working on numerous routine and ad hoc reporting functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Grower Accountant Duties: Manage and review all Grower Agreements Manage AR, AP, & Grower charges in Famous including auto charges Review and resolve periodic exception reporting Collaborate with Sales regarding timely Trouble & PAS return receipts Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager regarding unpaid balances Review and approve invoice adjustments Calculate and process Grower advance payments Calculate and process Grower settlement payments & distribute reporting Prepare grower settlement reconciliation and status reporting for periodic Management review Review and respond to Grower inquires and requests Prepare FOB reporting reconciliation for periodic Management review Support and implement Accounting & Finance objectives, while constantly working towards improving processes and procedures. Requirements: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferred. Recent accounting graduates will be considered. Experience, and other training or certification may be substituted for education. Skills Highly Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills. Extensive General Ledger systems knowledge. FAMOUS software knowledge is highly preferred. Strong Business acumen, organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Proven problem-solving skills, especially within a highly innovative environment. Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and proactive thought leadership.
