Purpose of Position:
The Workers' Compensation Program Manager is responsible for the effective management and oversight of Foster Farms' workers' compensation program, including coordination with the third-party administrator (TPA) and other key stakeholders. This position ensures timely, accurate, and fair resolution of claims while promoting a culture of care and compliance throughout the organization. The Program Manager develops and implements claim management strategies that reduce risk, control costs, and support positive recovery outcomes for injured employees. Additionally, this role provides leadership in identifying injury trends, recommending preventive measures, and ensuring consistent, high-quality claims handling practices aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Functions:
* Oversee TPA and insurance partners to ensure compliance and effective claims handling.
* Collaborate with legal counsel on complex and litigated claims, including mediations, depositions, and settlements.
* Partner with HR, Operations, and Safety teams to support return-to-work programs, injury prevention, and incident investigations.
* Lead quarterly claim reviews to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure TPA compliance with contracts, service standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.
* Develop and track key performance metrics to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and strengthen program effectiveness.
* Serve as an advocate for injured employees while promoting consistency, fairness, and accountability in claims management.
* Provide education and guidance to field leaders on incident management and best practices.
* Stay current on changes in workers' compensation laws and state regulations to ensure compliance.
* Oversee reserving practices, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
* Review and approve adjuster settlement requests and reserve increases within authorized limits.
* Collaborate with internal leadership (Operations, HR, Legal, Risk Management) and external partners (TPA, insurers, medical providers, consultants, and legal counsel) to manage claims effectively.
Additional Functions:
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in risk management, law, claims, or related technical field preferred.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of claims experience working for an attorney, insurance carrier, TPA or self-insured employer.
* Position will be located onsite in the Central Valley
* Certifications/Designations: AIC, ARM, CPCU, SIP designation or equivalent certification(s) preferred.
* Proficient with Insurer Claims systems and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS).
* Strong Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Suite.

Job Description
Pay Range: $81,450 to $101,825 per year.
Supervise maintenance functions in Processing, Packaging and Rotisserie room. Plan and direct preventive maintenance and maintenance repair/overall actions in the above areas.
Direct and supervise shift maintenance for Processing, Packaging and Rotisserie departments. Specifically:
Prepare work schedules and mechanic duty assignments as required to support the preventive maintenance program requirements of Production and USDA inspection personnel.

Monitor and keep current all required maintenance records.
Responsible for a continuous employee training program (as directed by the Maintenance Department Supervisor), especially for newly assigned personnel; and to increase the effectiveness of experienced personnel. Specifically:
Develop on-the-job training programs for new personnel.
Evaluate and document training records.
Develop employee training requirements for new equipment.
Conduct an aggressive, continual, and on-going safety program to include: inspection, instruction, prevention and documentation.
Provide the Maintenance Department Supervisor (on an ongoing basis) with a written list of materials and replacement parts needed. Specifically:
Initiate purchase requisitions.
Initiate Material Request Cards for spare stock in Maintenance Inventory Control.
Recommend needed special tools as required.
Provide information on current/potential spares shortages or zero balances.
Qualifications
Must possess a minimum of eight (8) years maintenance experience in poultry or related industrial areas. This will include a minimum of four (4) years experience with emphasis on following:
Exhibit good leadership skills.
Demonstrate good interpersonal communications skills.
Show expertise in working with mechanical poultry processing machinery.
Able to function well under pressure.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Primary Function:
AIS is recruiting protected species observers/passive acoustic monitor certifications to observe the monitoring and exclusion zones around noise producing operations and implement protective measures when necessary. The PSOs will work in a team during offshore geophysical operations which may occur 24/7 and PSO will average 8 to 12 hours of work per day. This position is expected to start approximately January 13, 2026, for an estimated week of work. Candidates will be selected based on their experience identifying protected species.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Identify marine animals using the naked eye and visual technology.
Ability to vigilantly monitor for visual detections of marine mammals around observation location for up to 10 hours in a 24-hour period.
Documenting behavior and other essential data
Documenting data on logs in an organized manner
Operate and maintain field equipment including Garmin GPS, binoculars with reticles, range finder, and high-resolution digital camera with video capabilities.
Conduct personal QA/QC checks on data collected.
Attend daily toolbox, HSE and project related meetings as needed.
Compensation: Candidates will be paid an hourly rate to be negotiated. This is a full-time position and will be eligible for AIS benefits package after 30 days of employment. AIS benefits package includes health and dental insurance, vacation, sick and holiday benefits.

Infrastructure & Platform Partnerships LeadThe Role
As a Infrastructure & Platform Partnerships Lead, you will help build and scale Novita AI's ecosystem of infrastructure and technology partners across the AI landscape. You'll work closely with GPU providers, infrastructure platforms, and technology partners to establish, operationalize, and maintain partnerships that support Novita's products and customers.
This role is highly execution-oriented and cross-functional. You'll focus on turning partnerships into reliable, integrated capabilities within Novita's platform-coordinating commercial discussions, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration. It's an ideal role for someone who is commercially sharp, technically curious, and excited to operate at the intersection of AI infrastructure and platform partnerships.
What You'll DoInfrastructure & Capacity Partnerships
Identify and engage GPU and infrastructure partners to support scalable, high-performance compute capacity across regions.
Support commercial discussions around pricing, capacity planning, service terms, and SLAs.
Coordinate partner onboarding to ensure infrastructure can be reliably integrated into Novita's systems.
Track partner performance, availability, and service quality over time.
Platform & Ecosystem Partnerships
Establish partnerships with AI platforms and technology providers to support integrations and joint solutions.
Act as a coordination point between partners and internal engineering, operations, and GTM teams to bring partnerships live.
Support partner-related launches, enablement, and ongoing collaboration.
Help ensure partner capabilities are operationally ready and aligned with Novita's product offerings.
Market Insight & Execution Support
Monitor GPU supply dynamics, platform offerings, and partner capabilities to inform partnership decisions.
Share insights with internal stakeholders to support infrastructure planning and product direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and GTM teams to align partner capabilities with business needs.
Support internal teams with partner-related information, coordination, and follow-through.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, operations, or procurement within cloud computing, data centers, or AI infrastructure.
Experience supporting or coordinating partnership discussions and commercial terms.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data centers, or AI compute markets; deep expertise is not required.
Strong commercial intuition and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Associate Safety Professional (ASP) preferred.

The Microbiology Lab Tech will execute the daily laboratory operation and ensure that the Laboratory Quality Management System is implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 17025 standards. Job DescriptionDescription:
The Grower Accountant's primary responsibility is to manage Grower settlement systems and processes in accordance with Grower Agreements using Famous accounting software. This includes compiling and preparing work papers to support the preparation, review, and analysis of Grower settlement returns. Secondary responsibilities include process improvement project management to support increased effciency and accuracy in Grower settlment processes. This includes working with users to understand the operational needs and concerns, then research and recommend improvement solutions. This position will be expected to exhibit the highest professional standards, ethical principles, and attention to detail while working on numerous routine and ad hoc reporting functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Grower Accountant Duties:
Manage and review all Grower Agreements
Manage AR, AP, & Grower charges in Famous including auto charges
Review and resolve periodic exception reporting
Collaborate with Sales regarding timely Trouble & PAS return receipts
Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager regarding unpaid balances
Review and approve invoice adjustments
Calculate and process Grower advance payments
Calculate and process Grower settlement payments & distribute reporting
Prepare grower settlement reconciliation and status reporting for periodic Management review
Review and respond to Grower inquires and requests
Prepare FOB reporting reconciliation for periodic Management review
Support and implement Accounting & Finance objectives, while constantly working towards improving processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, required.
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferred. Recent accounting graduates will be considered.
Experience, and other training or certification may be substituted for education.
Skills
Highly Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills.
Extensive General Ledger systems knowledge.
FAMOUS software knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong Business acumen, organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Proven problem-solving skills, especially within a highly innovative environment.
Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, and proactive thought leadership.
