Position Summary:
This position operates under the supervision of a center Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) or Medical Doctor (MD) for staffing purposes. This position provides assessments and therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* A thorough knowledge of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric
* Association (DSM) sufficient to complete a psychological assessment and/or assess the client's ability to meet the diagnostic criteria as defined by the DSM.
* Demonstrate the ability to complete client assessments that include intake, evaluating a client's ability to meet the admission criteria for that particular department, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and neglect/abuse.
* Demonstrate the ability to complete a treatment plan, which accurately reflects the client's needs and ability to meet discharge criteria with goals and objectives that are time limited and behaviorally stated. Treatment plans should include sufficient relevant information so that others can determine progress of the client and outcome of any assessment that was completed during the course of treatment.
* Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Center policies utilizing current systems and practices.
* Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned consumer.
* Demonstrate the ability to bring relevant client information when staffing the treatment plan sufficient to allow others to determine client progress and outcome of any assessment that was completed during the course of treatment.
* Provide (or shadow/observe for level I student) individual, group, family therapeutic services and case management as needed to clients.
* Provide hours of service required by the relevant academic institution.
* Meet with the client and their family (if appropriate) as outlined on the treatment plan.
* Provide progress reports to referral sources as needed for each individual client.
* Provide emergency services assessments/crisis intervention and referral as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Loading, hauling, and delivering food waste on intra- and interstate routes with multiple stops ranging from 15-25 per day by routing determined by the Company.

Qualifications
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Substitution of Experience for Education: Full time relevant professional experience, to include law enforcement experience, may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Necessary Special Qualifications: Applicants for this class must:

Overview
Under general supervision is responsible for entry-level probation and parole work of average difficulty, and performs related work as required. An employee in this class performs on a full-time basis a set of trainee duties in the field of Probation and Parole, learning to plan and/or implement services for in Probation and Parole for the State of Tennessee. Supervision is initially close, but as an incumbent learns procedures and practices, supervision becomes more general.
* An applicant appointed to this flexibly staffed class will be reclassified to the next higher class in the series after successful completion of a mandatory one-year training period.
Responsibilities
* Prepares and maintains offenders' records and reports; identifies criminal activities and background information in reports or standard forms which answer special requests by the parole board; prepares narrative reports of the investigation process; total caseload activities when preparing monthly reports.
* Monitors the offenders under their supervision to ensure compliance with release requirements set for the offenders by policy and procedures.
* Interviews probationers and parolees regularly to evaluate their progress in accomplishing goals and maintaining the terms specified in their probation contracts and rehabilitation plans and searches on state, local, and federal databases for incidents and additional information related to their offenders.
* Conducts pre-hearing and pre-release investigations and testifies in court and/or parole hearings regarding the offenders' backgrounds and recommended sentences and sentencing conditions as required by policy and conducts searches of offender residences, vehicles and person as required by policy.
* Acts as liaison with judges, court personnel, law enforcement and other agencies concerned with the probation/parole program and who may have an effect upon the success of agency goals.
* Interacts in a positive manner with fellow employees and offenders to foster and maintain a respectful and harmonious working environment.
* Addresses non-compliance by offenders with appropriate Graduated Sanctions, including writing warrants and reports to the Courts, and or Board if appropriate.
* Supervises probationers on community-based sentences, such as electronically monitored home detention, and provide field supervision of probationers by conducting curfew checks or visits to home, work, or school and administer drug and alcohol tests, including random drug screens of offenders, to verify compliance with substance abuse treatment programs. Receives and responds to correspondence from other states related to offenders' supervision.
* Conducts a validated risk and needs assessments by utilizing motivational and interview techniques by collecting offender-specific information to help determine their level of risk to re-offend and identify their criminogenic risk factors.

Position Summary:
This position utilizes their lived experience combined with formal training to instill hope, inspire change, and support other individuals through similar experiences, using personal connection, person centered care, and their shared understanding to navigate their life in recovery. A Certified Peer Support Professional provides a wide variety of services to clients and families to ensure compliance with scheduled follow-up appointments with medical providers. This position operates under minimal supervision and must exercise tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. The work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Demonstrate the ability to complete client assessments, evaluate a client's ability to perform daily living activities and independent living skills, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and abuse/neglect.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for promoting mental health recovery through a person-centered approach focusing on independence and integration. This is accomplished through delivery of appropriate mental health assessment, treatment planning, orchestrating case management with internal and external treatment team members and intervention for clients impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment and serious, persistent mental illness who are targeted for mental health services by the Division of Mental Health. * Complete a care plan, which accurately reflects the client's needs and ability to meet discharge criteria developing goals and objectives in the care plan under the supervision of the department manager, HSPP, and Agency psychiatrist that are time limited and behaviorally stated.
* Function as a checks and balance for clinic metrics including care plan compliance, NOMS compliance, screening tools, demographic updates, medical history BPHC units, active caseload oversight, and other metrics in assigned clinics/program.
* Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Agency policies utilizing current systems and practices.
* Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned client.
* Provide progress reports to referral sources as needed for each individual client.
* Completes all necessary and required monthly progress reports and ensures appropriate case management.
* Periodically communicate with the referring agency, at least monthly, to provide progress updates and obtain relevant collateral information from the referral source and other external treatment team members.
* Participate, coordination, and engaging in treatment team meetings with others involved in the client treatment plan (internally and externally).
* Provide weekly case management, skills training, and development as a primary intervention to all clients on caseload making sure that skills training is based on each individual client and their vision for recovery by addressing goals and objectives as outlined on the treatment plan.
* Provide clinical client encounters based on billable counts of service, treatment needs, FTE, and area of services (school-based, community-based, group home, etc.) as determined by agency policy.
* Deliver recovery coaching treatment to take place in the home or community setting.
* Meet UE (Unique encounters) as set by the department/manager.
* Work evenings and weekends as assigned or necessary.
* Meet with assigned clients and/or families as frequently as outlined in the treatment plan.
* Transport clients to appointments or other destinations when all other options have been exhausted and as clinically relevant. (relevant to the treatment plan).
* Assist clients in the development of natural support systems to foster independence as much as possible.
* Participate in continuing education pertaining to case management, mental health, addictions, or other areas applicable to services provided and populations served.
* Upon meeting qualifications, it may be required to participate in Mobile Crisis response or on-call services.
* Complete required supervision (individual and group) per Agency policy. This includes 2 hours of clinical supervision per month for all Recovery Facilitators. Should Recovery Facilitator have primarily a DCS caseload they are required to attend 4 hours of clinical supervision per month.

The Assistant Director works closely with therapists and medication clinic prescribers to ensure the clients progress, symptoms, and stressors are addressed timely. Staff will be responsible for learning the clubhouse model and standards ensuring we are in compliance with the Clubhouse international standards. While working with the adult intensive population staff will have the pleasure of assisting with treatment team meetings and coordinating with external stakeholders for the betterment of the clients. Staff will uphold the values of better care better together by ensuring that the clients are receiving a continuum of care.
Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Participate in group clinical supervisions.
* Complete a treatment plan, which accurately reflects the client's needs and ability to meet discharge criteria with goals and objectives that are time limited and behaviorally stated.
* Assist clients with the development of natural support systems to improve independence and recovery goals.
* Document timely and accurately information which reflects client progress.
* Supervise Center clinicians in their documentation to include timeliness of documentation and to ensure the demonstration of medical necessity and adequate documentation to support the services a client is receiving adequately reflecting how the levels of services being provided are benefiting the client if such documentation is needed by a referral source.
* Provide and supervise clinicians providing individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy based on the assessed need(s) of the client. All therapy should be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each client; documenting accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality.
* Provide direct supervision of all designated staff members, including individuals employed by the Center through the SEP program, such as service provision observation or addressing concerns that impact day-to-day operations.
* Approve time cards and expense sheets, co-sign notes, monitor Collaborative Service Goals and departmental quality review.
* Act as back-up to review the Brief Client Activities Assessment for the Acute Care Unit (ACU); normally completed by Social Services staff on ACU.
* Perform administrative tasks.
* Demonstrate an understanding of the basic concepts of mental illness and the basic techniques of clinical work including functional skills, socialization skills training, communication skills training, treatment coordination, and crisis intervention/behavior management techniques for adult service lines.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for promoting mental health recovery through a person-centered approach focusing on independence and integration. This is accomplished through delivery of appropriate mental health assessment, treatment planning, orchestrating case management with internal and external treatment team members and intervention for clients impacted by emotional/behavioral impairment and serious, persistent mental illness who are targeted for mental health services by the Division of Mental Health. This position operates under minimal supervision and must exercise tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Agency. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following. Other assignments, projects, and duties may be required.
* Complete client assessments that include evaluating a client's ability to meet the admission criteria for that particular department, identify presenting problem(s), history, medical information, family involvement, psychosocial/psychosexual information, and other pertinent information to form an appropriate clinical impression including substance use/abuse and abuse/neglect.
* Complete a care plan, which accurately reflects the client's needs and ability to meet discharge criteria developing goals and objectives in the care plan under the supervision of the department manager, HSPP, and Agency psychiatrist that are time limited and behaviorally stated.
* Function as a checks and balance for clinic metrics including care plan compliance, NOMS compliance, screening tools, demographic updates, medical history BPHC units, active caseload oversight, and other metrics in assigned clinics/program.
* Document timely, accurately and in accordance with Agency policies utilizing current systems and practices.
* Document accurate information, which reflects client progress based on the appropriate therapeutic modality. Therapeutic services will be time limited and specific to the presenting problem(s) of each assigned client.
* Provide progress reports to referral sources as needed for each individual client.
* Completes all necessary and required monthly progress reports and ensures appropriate case management.
* Periodically communicate with the referring agency, at least monthly, to provide progress updates and obtain relevant collateral information from the referral source and other external treatment team members.
* Participate, coordination, and engaging in treatment team meetings with others involved in the client treatment plan (internally and externally).
* Provide weekly case management, skills training, and development as a primary intervention to all clients on caseload making sure that skills training is based on each individual client and their vision for recovery by addressing goals and objectives as outlined on the treatment plan.
* Provide clinical client encounters based on billable counts of service, treatment needs, FTE, and area of services (school-based, community-based, group home, etc.) as determined by agency policy.
* Deliver recovery coaching treatment to take place in the home or community setting.
* Meet UE (Unique encounters) as set by the department/manager.
* Work evenings and weekends as assigned or necessary.
* Meet with assigned clients and/or families as frequently as outlined in the treatment plan.
* Transport clients to appointments or other destinations when all other options have been exhausted and as clinically relevant. (relevant to the treatment plan).
* Assist clients in the development of natural support systems to foster independence as much as possible.
* Participate in continuing education pertaining to case management, mental health, addictions, or other areas applicable to services provided and populations served.
* Upon meeting qualifications, it may be required to participate in Mobile Crisis response or on-call services.
* Complete required supervision (individual and group) per Agency policy. This includes 2 hours of clinical supervision per month for all Recovery Facilitators. Should Recovery Facilitator have primarily a DCS caseload they are required to attend 4 hours of clinical supervision per month.
* Implement and utilize 4C Health approved curriculums and trained evidence-based practices for intervention
* Abide by all Agency policies and procedures.
* Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served.
* Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
Enforcing the laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping to and from the United States.
Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats and perform risk assessments for violations of laws and threats to national security.
Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity for the purposes of gaining information from suspected violators of laws to determine the appropriate course of action.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Ability to make rapid, accurate judgments and decisions with respect to the application of the regulations, instructions, and procedures for importing and exporting merchandise to and from the United States; or enforcement and administration of laws relating to the right of persons to enter, reside in or depart from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR

Other Requirements:

Formal Training: You will be required to complete a paid pre-academy orientation for approximately two (2) weeks at your home port. You will then attend a 101-day training program - CBP Field Operations Academy - conducted at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. This training consists of basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness, etc. Candidates assigned to the southern border, Miami, or Puerto Rico duty locations must attend and pass an online Spanish training program, which will be completed at their home port. Successful completion of the Academy is required for this position.
