Responsible for the preparation, analytics and processing of daily SHS pharmacy issues related to 340B, third party payers, accounting and reporting. Identifies and resolves issues within the department through the operation and maintenance of
applicable application modules. Utilizes critical thinking skills to escalate necessary issues to management.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Pharmacy Administration provides leadership and direction to the various pharmacy departments and programs at SHS. These
include inpatient and outpatient pharmacies, Medication Management and pharmacy residency programs as well as 340B
operations. We are staffed with seasoned pharmacists and technicians who help optimize pharmaceutical care throughout our SHS
service area.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License required.
Three (3) years Certified Pharmacy Technician experience required.
Experience and/or training with MS Office and database systems required.
Experience with Epic Inpatient Willow preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

applications, enter data, and process information.

In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care. At SNLH, we have a large and well equipped outpatient therapy department located within a 25 bed critical access hospital. Job Summary
The Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Sciences is seeking an hourly Academic Wage: Faculty Research Assistant (Environmental Communications). This is a part-time (0.50 FTE ), 12-month, fixed-term position.
The Jones Lab is led by Dr. Megan Jones and conducts research on environmental communication related to voluntary conservation action and effective natural resource management. Most of the lab's work focuses on social-ecological issues within Oregon such as human-wildlife coexistence, river stewardship, and collaborative conservation. This position will work in close collaboration with Dr. Jones to help communicate research findings to public and practitioner audiences and support ongoing research projects in the lab.
Research communications comprises 45% of the and must include designing written, visual and interactive communications for scientific journals and diverse audiences including agencies, nonprofits, and interested members of the public. Research support comprises 45% of this role and must include conducting social science research (e.g. designing and conducting surveys, interviews, literature reviews and/or document analysis), writing grants, and providing research logistical support. FWCS is a part of the College of Agricultural Sciences. We are a team of scientists, students, and staff devoted to the study of conservation sciences and fish and wildlife management. The Lab is hiring one Research Analyst 3 for a four-year (through 6/15/2029) full-time appointment, with a possibility for extension subject to availability of funds and/or project requirements.
This position will be part of an analysis team that supports an existing project in collaboration with the National Park Service Inventory and Monitoring Division. The project entails working with staff representatives for NPS I&M and HERS Lab to design and implement a coordinated data analysis plan for pre-existing long-term monitoring datasets collected over the last 20 years for bats and other wildlife, forest, shrubland, rare plant, and wetland communities, freshwater and marine ecosystems, and wildfire and climate impacts on these and other natural resources in national parks. The Research Analyst 3 will use R and Python programming languages, GIS, and related tools to establish and conduct complex and reproducible analysis workflows, summarize information using maps, graphs, tables, and statistical tools, and report findings in technical reports, peer-reviewed manuscripts, and conference presentations. The Research Analyst 3 will work with a Research Associate and the broader analysis team to propose recommendations to NPS I&M for analysis interpretation and translation into management strategies, identify needs for and contribute to updates and revisions to existing data collection and analysis protocols associated with projects, and assist analysis team members in maintaining a dynamic program of quantitative ecological discovery applied to conservation decision-making in and around National Parks and protected areas. This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and implementation of quantitative analyses and communication of findings for a portfolio of long-term monitoring projects in and around National Parks and protected areas.

* Participates in NPS research study design and analysis teams.
* Responsible for analysis of complex study designs and analysis. This will include the use of statistical randomization procedures such as the Generalized Random Tessellation Stratified (GRTS) design approach commonly used in contemporary ecological studies where robust inference and analytical flexibility is required. Analyses of long-term trends in populations and ecosystems where rotating panel designs and unequal-probability design weights need to be accounted for, as well as challenges including imperfect detection and missing data. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Youth Programs Coordinator focuses their time on providing inclusive and engaging learning environments in support of students and instructors across the spectrum of race, ethnicity, ability, and other identity factors. Through this lens, this staff member implements, coordinates, develops and supervises innovative existing pre-college youth programs including academic camps, academic competitions, and enrichment classes for ages 6-18. This position initiates and nurtures collaborative efforts among SOU departments, regional schools and educational entities, building long-term critical contacts to grow and nurture enrollment.

Essential Functions
Duties - The following examples are typical work activities that are meant to illustrate the general range of work functions and are not meant to be all-inclusive or restrictive:
(40%) Administer and Supervise Academic Competitions:
Work with schools to solicit competing teams.
Establish rules and select judges.
Identify and assist individual event coordinators, solicit and coordinate additional volunteers.
Schedule dates and timelines with coordinators, schools and coaches, secure rooms, order catering, arrange parking codes, organize supplies, create brochures and notifications to coaches, oversee competitions, procure and create award certificates, plaques, and trophies for finalists.
Connect the event to SOU academic departments and Admissions.
Assure enrollment, evaluation and success of programs.
Work with Youth Programs Associate Director to identify a competitions cohort, and matriculation rate into additional Youth Programs.
(30%) Coordinate and Implement SOU Academic Department Partnership Programming:
Coordinate between SOU campus partners and Youth Program staff to provide support for program needs.
Coordinate with outside data vendor (Ideal Logic) for creation of student application and registration content. Submit and track wage agreement requests and professional services contracts, making adjustments to account for changes in the agreement (such as cancelled classes). Coordinate with Service Center to ensure receipt of payroll paperwork.
Identify necessary on and off campus class spaces. Coordinate access with building managers, SOU facilities management, and EMS scheduler, and academic departments. Negotiate and file rental agreements and coordinate access for off-campus class locations.
Procure course supplies.
Administer course evaluations including: student evaluations, instructor evaluations, family and community surveys. Report and use data collected to identify needs and shape future offerings.
Act as primary site supervisor for instructors while classes are in session.
(20%) Provide Instructional Coordination for Residential Camps:
Develop and implement academic enrichment offerings for all residential programs.
Coordinate with camp director/partner organizations to develop course offerings.
Recruit instructors who support camp instructional goals; Process submitted course proposals. Develop and administer training to ensure instructors are familiar with SOU Youth Programs procedures.
Submit and track wage agreement requests and professional services contracts, making adjustments to account for changes in the agreement (such as cancelled classes). Coordinate with Service Center to ensure receipt of payroll paperwork.
Develop course descriptions; generate classroom and computer lab requests, coordinate necessary: software and login requests, parking codes, HVAC requests, and key/fob access.
Procure course supplies.
Communicate with residential camp staff and directors, SOU academic departments, building managers. Help troubleshoot during camp programs.
Identify and supervise volunteers and staff for various residential programs as needed.
(10%) Program Recruitment and Marketing:
Using knowledge and prior experience with secondary education, collaborate with audience development team to create marketing materials for all of the above programs including pamphlets, posters, newsletters, brochures, flyers, web pages, social media posts, newspaper articles, email ads, and give-away items with SOU logo.
Together with the Associate Director of Outreach and Engagement, promote a pathway from non-credit programs for younger students to pre-college credit programs.

Job Summary
The PAC Recreational SCUBA Program within the Physical Activities Course ( PAC ) Program, a part of the School of Exercise, Sport, and Health Sciences, in the College of Health at Oregon State University is seeking SCUBA Certification Evaluators. This is a part-time, (varied FTE ), hourly, 12-month, professional faculty position.
Applications submitted to this recruitment pool are reviewed on an as needed basis. Qualified candidates will be contacted when positions become available throughout the academic year. Some of these appointments may be reviewed for renewal or transition to an instructional position on an annual basis at the discretion of the program Director. Scheduling for each term is determined in February for Spring term, November for Winter term, and beginning in May for Fall term.
This position supports the SCUBA courses offered through the PAC Recreational SCUBA Programs within the Physical Activity Course ( PAC ) program at Oregon State University by guiding and evaluating students throughout the process of achieving certification through the Professional Association of Diving Instructors ( PADI ). Courses currently offered include Open Water ( PAC 242), Advanced Open Water ( PAC 243), Rescue Diver ( PAC 244), specialties ( PAC 245), and Divemaster I & II ( PAC 299).
Incumbent will provide additional supervision and/or run pool and open water sessions independently in SCUBA classes and make sure PADI ratio standards are met so students are safe in the learning environment.
The primary mission of the PAC Program is to provide all Oregon State University students with the knowledge and experience to make sound decisions regarding present and future physically active lifestyles. The intent of the PAC Program is to provide quality instruction in safe, adequately equipped facilities and to create a positive, enjoyable learning environment.
The SCUBA Certification Evaluator position will serve as an integral member of the PAC Program team, where each instructor plays a specific role to the larger organization. Recognizing individual interests and abilities, the program provides courses covering a wide variety of physical activities. We make an effort to address contemporary trends and student interests. Courses offered through the PAC Program may include but are not limited to classes in the Activity Areas of: Aquatics, Artistic & Social dance, Aerobics & Fitness Development, Martial arts, Mind/body, Outdoor Recreation, Resistance training, Sports, Yoga and Games.

Key Responsibilities
80% - Evaluation
- Work directly with students (small group and individually, including minors) in pool sessions and open water dives as they practice techniques, skills, and equipment usage which are necessary for certification.
- Assist or independently run dive groups of 20+ students with assistance from additional staff and/or volunteers in pool sessions and open water dives.
- Modify level and amount of assistance provided to students based on each student's individual skill and comfort level.
- Evaluate each student's skills to determine when it is appropriate to build on techniques and continue with the next step in the established curriculum. Work with students in a confined water and open water environment.
- Enforce all safety rules at the pool and open water sites.
- Guide students with proper dive planning for open water dives.
- Drive/transport students and/or equipment to open water sites.
20% - Equipment
- Provide general equipment care. Service equipment if incumbent possesses the necessary factory equipment certification.
- Ensure equipment and other materials are set up prior to course meetings.
- Wash, sanitize, and store equipment after use.
- Help with inventory check in and out.
- Depending on course level, demonstrate equipment function, use, and assist students with using equipment.
What You Will Need
Current, valid PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification, professional liability insurance, and current good standing with PADI .
Current, valid Adult CPR and AED Essentials and First Aid and oxygen provider (the certifications must be completed prior to the start of classes; more advanced training will be accepted).
Minimum of 150 dives. 20 dives must be in a professional supervisory position and 4 of the 20 dives must be with the OSU SCUBA program, may be earned before start date as an OSU volunteer.
Ability to manage small groups (6 students alone) and with assist with large groups of students (up to 10).
Ability to be flexible with students' needs.
Ability to cooperate with other SCUBA instructional team members and volunteer staff, possibly in high stress environments.
Experience with diving in night conditions (at least 10) and Deep dives (at least 10).
Able to safely operate full size trucks loaded with SCUBA equipment or operate 12 passenger vans with students.
Current, valid DAN accident insurance.
Ability to provide own SCUBA equipment necessary for OSU's dive environment.
