Position Overview

The Team Lead is responsible for providing on-demand support for FMC processors as well as coaching, training, and mentoring new hires, auditing processing for quality assurance. Additionally, the Team Lead assists Leadership with overseeing FMC operations to ensure that service level agreements, key performance indicators, and objectives are met consistently.

A successful candidate must be a self-starter with good judgment, who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively with individuals/teams, with a focus on service quality and attention to detail, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational/departmental policies and procedures.

The Team Lead should be available to work any shift during hours of operation and outside of department hours as necessary.

Essential Responsibilities

· Provides on-demand support, direction, monitoring, and coaching to employees within FMC processing, problem resolution, and policy and procedure changes.

· Reviewing and scoring FMC processing interactions in accordance with quality assurance guidelines. Including managing volume targets, reporting, and analyzing outcomes

· Serves an additional point of contact for FMC processing and operational issues.

· Creates and delivers both new hires and upskill training.

· Creates and maintains knowledge base articles and reference materials

· Provide feedback on operational policies, procedures, processes, and reference materials to the Leadership Team.

· Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

· High School diploma or GED

· Minimum of six months experience with coaching, mentoring, or leading others

· Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and act with a sense of urgency to meet assigned deadlines in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities

· Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organizational, and conflict management skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrated skills with attention to detail and time management

· Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, resolve, and or escalate issues to the appropriate individual(s) or department(s)

La Monarca Bakery & Cafe in Gardena, CA is looking for one ecommerce fulfillment coordinator to join our 46 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities :

• Processing orders by picking; inspecting, packing and shipping for all ecommerce platforms.
• Utilize Shipstation software to manage/fulfill all ecommerce orders in a timely and conscientious manner.
• Manage the traceability of goods shipped through the e-commerce channel.
• Ensure orders are shipped on time and Support shipping department to prepare and pack orders to meet the deadline.
• Follow up on requirements from the e-commerce platforms and ensure compliance on time.
• Inventory management by maintaining and monitoring inventory level.
• Define quantities to be purchased based on inventory and production requirements.
• Prepare and place orders of packaging components to the Approved Suppliers.
• Notify Manager of any issues such as broken boxes, damaged products, etc.
• Collaborate and communicate with the Shipping Supervisor on pulling and packing tasks.
• Great customer service and teamwork skills
• Perform other duties as directed and Other tasks may be added depending on day and time shipments are completed.

Food Safety:

• Comply with SQF Food Safety requirements.
• Follow GMPs Policy.
• Follow defined HACCP Plan Guidelines.
• Provide feedback to immediate supervisor on Continuous Improvement Opportunities and Identified Non-Conformances.

What's a typical day as a ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR III? You'll be:

+ Researches, analyzes and engages with multiple streams of project or build planning by utilizing host systems and communicating with partnering cross functional teams to understand needs and assist accuracy improvement in plan and execution of ordering by gaining alignment and communication from all areas.

+ Compiles and consolidates reported needs into logical and efficient orders, working with partnering groups to resolve conflicts or changes to existing orders and communicating those effectively to all stakeholders.

+ Initiates requests for information if not available throughout planning, ordering and delivery stages of projects

**Requirements:**

-40 hours per week onsite position

-Excel - Intermediate

-Data Analytics experience

-Experience in a cross-functional team environment.

-Comfortable with fast pace of work and changing priorities.

**PAY RATE: $21.50/ hour**
