The Project Engineer shall collaborate with the project team in the investigation, design, construction, commissioning, and document turnover throughout the project life cycle.     Description Your role at GEI. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for performing weekly/biweekly payroll processes in an accurate and timely manner. Flexibility, adaptability, collaboration and teamwork are a must in this fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities & Duties Responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager in a variety of activities. The primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy of time sheet entries each week. Process and reconcile payroll on a bi weekly basis including journal entry preparation Maintain confidential employee files Enter new hires into the time and attendance and make changes as necessary Assist in creating weekly certified payroll/prevailing wage reports Prepare various ad hoc reports in ADP Workforce Now Assist Payroll Manager with preparation for annual accounting and 401k audit Minimum Qualifications Good communications skills, strong attention to detail with ability to multitask, Analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
