Perform duties to deal assigned games and provide customer service in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Professional dealing experience required and must have at least one of the following combinations of game knowledge:

Black Jack or Mini Bac AND 1 minor game (offered at Horseshoe Casino) Roulette AND 2 minor games (offered at Horseshoe Casino) Craps

Floor Supervisor: ($24.50/hr)

Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the Dealer. Inspect card decks prior to play. Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts. Monitor bets and payouts are correct as needed. Complete rating cards for players. Initiate and verify fills to tables. Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval. Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures. Provide complimentary items to guest as requested in accordance with policies and procedures. Coordinates player ratings and customer cash transactions. Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms. Serves as Box person on Craps games. Other duties as assigned. Equivalent to a high school diploma with knowledge of game and dealing techniques. 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Assist in the daily responsibilities of table games operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

* Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements
* Monitors the performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.
* Oversees and maintains integrity of Table Games activity.
* Possess good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games.
* Approves and oversees count table inventory at the beginning and end of shifts.
* Facilitates replenishment of chips.
* Supervises issuance of cards.
* Instructs personnel on table assignment.
* Ensures application and/or compliance of federal currency reporting requirements.
* Handles minor guest complaints.
* Assists Shift Manager with gaming operations.
* Can perform duties assigned by Shift Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities

* Directly supervises the dealers. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies, procedures and applicable laws.
* Responsibilities include planning, assigning and directing work; gives input on performance appraisal; rewarding and disciplining employees per approved casino policies; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

* To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
* Typically the individual will be housed in an office environment.
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment.
* Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
