Job Description
Monitor the performance measures of the CAMP by performing audits of internal and vendor organizations. The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for performing audits as required by Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). The Auditor performs reviews and audits internal programs and external business partners' facilities as well as their policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
• Previous auditing experience in the Air Carrier or Military Department of Defense (DOD) auditing environment
• Superior analytic, problem solving and communication skills
• Previous experience with aircraft parts and materials handling
• Thorough working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
• Available for occasional overnight travel
Task Duties
• Monitor maintenance workmanship and materials to verify compliance with the applicable approved published procedures of GlobalX and FAA rules, regulations and standards
• Audit completed aircraft records (e.g., logbook pages, work cards, non-routines, Engineering documents, EO's, EA's etc.) and other related documents generated by C-Check, PRN and Line maintenance
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all assigned work documents and records
• Prepare and issue audit reports regarding the hazards and risks found during audits of the CAMP and identify required corrective actions needed to transfer, eliminate, accept and/or mitigate these risks and monitor progress toward completion of these actions
• Perform inspections and audit contractor activities in support of CAMP required at Line Stations including vendors of repair and overhaul services, contract maintenance, deicing services, fueling services and parts distributor
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Assists Quality Department with continuous improvement projects and duties as needed
• Plan, schedule and conduct internal and external audits for the following: Line Station, Fuel Farm, Fuel Into Plane, Essential Maintenance Operations, Spec D, Repair Station
• Maintain records of all audits in accordance with General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System Manual (CASS) policies/procedures
• As part of our GlobalX's Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS), perform analysis of audit findings or reliability reports for trends that involve the services or GlobalX's business partners
• Make recommendations for Approved Vendor list addition/deletion based on audit assessment
• Perform training as required for MX vendors or fuel providers

Reviews and reconfirm all details for the next day's ground handling/catering and special services
Follow up with stations on any irregularities/service failures, etc
Update departure/arrival information in RAIDO
Assisting flight dispatchers with the dissemination of flight critical information (diversions, emergencies, etc.) to all internal departments via the use of the RED FLAG reporting system
Notify all internal departments and involved stations of flight delay information
Secure Miami gate and ramp parking assignments with assistance of local ground handling team
Coordinate fueling with local vendors for departures out of Miami
Helps coordinate aircraft movement/placement at home base
Report of all ferry flights departing MIA daily to Miami-Date County Ramp Control
Make all applicable manifest changes for non-terminal operations that come in for future flights by email and forward corrected manifest to assigned GSC, Ground Handler, and Passenger Services
Contact all assigned FBO's for the next day's operation to review report time and remind them to coordinate with assigned screeners when applicable
Via the use of Airline choice, coordinate with Handler all manifest changes during flight check-in to remove no-show passengers or to clear add on passengers for Security, correct total of passengers boarded with crew before aircraft can depart
If flight is international and non-terminal ops: Transmit all Domestic and International APIS information to Customs
Follow up with Security Dept. any discrepancies with CBP and APIS programs
Assist Dispatch with phone calls, flight following, all abnormal operations and any other duties
Communicate aircraft movement messages to destination stations and TACC

Prepare the Dispatch Release for each flight between specified points as assigned for Domestic/ Flag, is jointly responsible with the captain for the operational control of the flight
For Supplemental Operations, dispatchers have been delegated the authority to perform the following functions:

Provide the Captain all available current reports and information concerning airport conditions or adverse weather phenomena, such as clear air turbulence, thunderstorms, volcanic ash, low altitude wind shear, etc., for each route to be flown and each airport to be used
Ensure the two-way communications system between the OCC and the aircraft, as provided by the Company, is available for all points along the legs for which the aircraft is to be released, and aircraft-to-ATC communications are also available to control the anticipated operation
Aid with flight-associated emergencies and exercise emergency authority if required. Evaluate OCC procedures for effectiveness and recommend revisions as necessary by completing a Management of Change (MOC) request per MPP 11.12.3

REQUIREMENTS
FAA Airmen Certificate
FAA First Class Medical Certificate
Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator's permit
Airbus 320 Type rating preferred
MUST meet the requirements for FAR 121.436
Must have a minimum of 4000 hours total time
1000 Jet hours as Pilot in Command under a 121 Certificate
Or 1500 Jet hours as Pilot in Command under a 135 Certificate
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to maintain a valid passport
Ability to travel unrestricted to and from the United States

Automate journal entries to improve efficiency and accuracy in the close financial process.
Elaborate technical memos.
Perform treasury functions, including preparing payments and managing cash flow.
Account for share-based transactions, ensuring proper recognition and disclosure.
Review and explain balance sheet fluctuations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
Participate in the preparation of quarterly reviews and year-end activities with external auditors.
Support the timely closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
Manage the consolidation of subsidiary and joint venture results, including intercompany eliminations and equity accounting.
Contribute to the development of company accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance with approved policies.
Assist in the development, modification, and implementation of financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
Provide support for monthly tax filings, collaborating with tax advisors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum education requirements: BS/BBA in Accounting
Masters in business administration is a plus
6+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role
Experience in Aviation is a plus.
CPA strongly preferred, with Big 4 experience being a plus.
Experience in a publicly traded company
Exceptional technical accounting skills and analytical ability
Prior experience with Sage Intacct, Blackline or similar accounting software is a plus.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis and cost benefit analysis
Experience working with public reporting companies
Experience with Sage Intaact and BlackLine software preferred
