The Stores area is restricted to unauthorized personnel. The Materials Administrator will authorize access. Ensure proper information is entered into the material computer system. Maintain a system of aircraft material records to satisfy CFR and company requirements. Execute purchase orders after receipt of duly authorized requisitions. Establish and control expendable, repairable and rotable inventory levels to ensure proper balance and coverage to support company schedule.Continually review parts inventories at Main Base and all stations for required levels and adjust as necessary. Project, monitor and control inventory investment, service levels and other key parameters Prepare monthly listings on leased inventories for computation of lease charges. Prepare detailed and accurate Inventory Reports. Alert company management of critical parts shortages. Repair of repairable and rotable components by vendors. Maintain current status of all major components out for repair, their locations, turn time, and availability. Buy/borrow or loan items to or from other airlines. Responsibilities The Duties and responsibility of the OCC Coordinator include but it is not limited to the following: assisting dispatchers on duty in maintaining operational control, TSA vetting and transmission of passenger flight manifests, including generation of GENDECS Relay requests from ground handling requests and operational schedules to downline stations, updating downline stations on flight status Coordinate flight information and delays with office staff and stations via the use of the company's RAIDO/NOC system Reviews and reconfirm all details for the next day's ground handling/catering and special services Follow up with stations on any irregularities/service failures, etc Update departure/arrival information in RAIDO Assisting flight dispatchers with the dissemination of flight critical information (diversions, emergencies, etc.) to all internal departments via the use of the RED FLAG reporting system Notify all internal departments and involved stations of flight delay information Secure Miami gate and ramp parking assignments with assistance of local ground handling team Coordinate fueling with local vendors for departures out of Miami Helps coordinate aircraft movement/placement at home base Report of all ferry flights departing MIA daily to Miami-Date County Ramp Control Make all applicable manifest changes for non-terminal operations that come in for future flights by email and forward corrected manifest to assigned GSC, Ground Handler, and Passenger Services Contact all assigned FBO's for the next day's operation to review report time and remind them to coordinate with assigned screeners when applicable Via the use of Airline choice, coordinate with Handler all manifest changes during flight check-in to remove no-show passengers or to clear add on passengers for Security, correct total of passengers boarded with crew before aircraft can depart If flight is international and non-terminal ops: Transmit all Domestic and International APIS information to Customs Follow up with Security Dept. any discrepancies with CBP and APIS programs Assist Dispatch with phone calls, flight following, all abnormal operations and any other duties Communicate aircraft movement messages to destination stations and TACC Profile Requirements The OCC Coordinator position maintains flexibility in daily role responsibilities, and shall provide operational support required in all applicable aspects required for the successful completion of each flight. TITLE: Sr. Manager of Maintenance Control Center - Assistant DOM REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance The Sr. Manager MCC / Assistant Director of Maintenance (Assistant DOM) is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and control of all aircraft maintenance activities during active operations, ensuring the aircraft are maintained in accordance with Company policies, FAA regulations, CFRs, OEM maintenance programs, and safety standards. This role serves as a key leadership position within Technical Operations, providing operational control, maintenance oversight, regulatory compliance, and real-time decision-making for in-service aircraft. The position acts as a primary interface between Maintenance Control, Dispatch, Quality, Materials, Planning, and Executive Maintenance Leadership. The role holds the authority to remove aircraft from service for safety or maintenance program concerns and ensures continuous airworthiness and operational reliability. Review and explain balance sheet fluctuations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies. Participate in the preparation of quarterly reviews and year-end activities with external auditors. Support the timely closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. Manage the consolidation of subsidiary and joint venture results, including intercompany eliminations and equity accounting. Contribute to the development of company accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance with approved policies. Assist in the development, modification, and implementation of financial systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing. Provide support for monthly tax filings, collaborating with tax advisors as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education requirements: BS/BBA in Accounting Masters in business administration is a plus 6+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role Experience in Aviation is a plus. CPA strongly preferred, with Big 4 experience being a plus. Experience in a publicly traded company Exceptional technical accounting skills and analytical ability Prior experience with Sage Intacct, Blackline or similar accounting software is a plus.
