What you'll do:
Process loan maintenance request submitted directly or indirectly by consumers
Investigate Indirect and Direct Credit Bureau disputes. Thoroughly review entire loan history and identify/validate any transactions that would affect the customer's reported pay status
Determine and document appropriate account maintenance and/or resolutions. Report findings back to the customer in accordance with regulations
Communicate with consumers verbally or in writing to address requests or concerns
Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining department procedures
Prepare, reconcile, and submit mortgage loan information to Accounting for reconciliation purposes

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

Strong grasp of legacy exploit mitigations and bypass techniques, including but not limited to Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR), Data Execution Prevention (DEP/NX), Stack Cookies (Canaries), and Control Flow Integrity (CFI). Experience in identifying and circumventing these security measures
In-depth knowledge of both security and network fundamentals, such as cryptography, authentication, access control, and network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, etc.). Understanding the security implications and potential vulnerabilities associated with these concepts
Programming experience with both scripted languages (preferably Python3) and compiled languages (preferably C). Ability to write efficient and secure code for vulnerability research and exploit development purposes

Experience with vulnerability research and reverse engineering of real-time operating systems (RTOS), such as FreeRTOS, QNX, or VxWorks. Understanding the unique security challenges and attack vectors specific to RTOS environments
Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience with software protection and binary armoring techniques, such as anti-debugging, code obfuscation, or tamper resistance. Understanding the methods employed to protect software from reverse engineering and vulnerability discovery
Proficiency in agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, for efficient collaboration and iterative development in a cybersecurity context
Familiarity with low-level iOS/Android development and associated security considerations, such as jailbreaking or rooting, application sandboxing, or secure interprocess communication (IPC)

What the Research Technician I does
A Research Technician, along with other technicians, performs the bulk of the study procedures. He/she performs technical and laboratory procedures following Worldwide Clinical Trials Clinical (WCT) procedures and study protocol requirements. The Research Technician 1 works under the direct supervision and guidance of the Assistant Supervisor, Laboratory Services, and the Supervisor, Laboratory Services. He/she is not responsible for supervising other staff.
What you will do
Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids as needed).
Perform urine/fecal monitoring procedures during urine monitoring studies.
Assure samples are processed per protocol as well as WCT procedures.
Responsible for inventory and packaging of lab samples for shipment.
Use technical knowledge to determine specimen acceptability.
Once trained, performs the following procedures following WCT procedures and study protocol requirements:
Blood Harvesting,
Centrifuging,
Running,
Urine Monitoring,
Fecal Collection

Duties
Perform initial medical screening of patients including history, distance and near visual acuity with and without correction or pinhole, pupillary light reflex, and application tonometry; assist with all aspects of patient care.
Evaluate triage patients needing immediate attention.
Answer or refer patient questions and chaperone patient exams, as needed.
Establish a sterile field and assists with minor surgical procedures including PRK and LASIK and other refractive surgical procedures.
Perform ophthalmic studies including auto refraction, keratometry, tonometry, visual field testing, pachymetry, specular microscopy, ophthalmic photography, potential acuity, brightness acuity, and other studies.
Use and maintain an autorefractor, phoropter, auto and manual keratometer, tonopen, Humphrey and Goldman visual field machines, corneal topographer, A-scan machine, pachymeter, specular microscope, ophthalmic photography equipment, slit lamp, potential acuity meter, brightness acuity test, color vision plates, stereo vision test, and personal computers.
Assist, educate, and train PRK staff, Ophthalmology Clinic residents, and other technicians in day-to-day clinic activities including organizing and maintaining exam room stocks.
Assist with clinical training activities to include laser certification wet labs, optometrist co-manager certification courses, and resident educational activities.
Perform Excimer laser responsibilities to include equipment and instrument inventory and upkeep.
Assist with clinical research protocols to include consenting subjects, assisting with completion of required study documentation, verification and auditing of study documents, data extraction, and handling of animals in research.
Be able to quickly learn new and unfamiliar technology, test equipment, and procedures being trialed for the Warfighter Refractive Surgery Program.
Assist in administrative/clinical duties such as filing and answering phones.

Prepare visit-specific documentation and charts for Clinical Research Coordinator
Inform subjects and obtain written consent in regard to ICF's

Accurately collect and record all necessary data (e.g. demographics, medical history, adverse events, concomitant medications, etc.) during study visit
Transcribe subject study information from source documents to the Electronic Case Report Forms

Set up, prepare subject, and conduct electrocardiograms on subject who require ECG per study protocol
Scribe ocular exams for doctors and confirm appropriate treatment per protocol
Promptly request all necessary medical records for Serious Adverse Event Reporting
Collection, processing, and shipment of laboratory biological samples for analysis
Perform intraocular pressure checks post-injections
Review and resolve data management queries as need
Trial frame refraction and ETDRS visual acuity testing
