Trace is responsible for market strategy, identifying opportunities, and overseeing execution of the company’s overall growth strategy for water infrastructure. Trace has extensive experience in business development for the produced water midstream segment of Oil & Gas. Prior to joining Gravity, he was Co-Founder & CEO of On Point Oilfield Holdings, which quickly grew into the largest produced water midstream operator in the Midland Basin and was acquired by Gravity in December of 2019. Trace was also previously an executive with The Banks Group and Capital Energy Advisors where he was involved in over 30 successful SWD transactions.

Ryan has served in various financial roles since joining Gravity in 2013. Prior to joining Gravity, he worked as an investment banker in the Energy Group at Morgan Stanley. Ryan received his Bachelors in Finance and Business Honors from Texas A&M University.

Troy founded Globe Energy Services, L.L.C. in 2004 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. During his two decades in the industry, he previously held various senior management roles at Complete Services, Inc., including Executive Vice President.
