Ability to articulate, sell, compare and contrast company benefits and total compensation packages for candidates that fit within the companies' guidelines, ensuring competitive alignment in the market/industry. Partner with Community Outreach team to develop relationships with high schools, technical schools, universities and colleges in regard to career paths within the company. Attend career fairs, Gray days on campuses, and coordinate Gray representatives to attend events. Actively recruit skilled level positions by utilizing candidate portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Proactively work with managers regarding their hiring needs and sourcing the proper candidates. Build/enhance the recruiting culture across the organization. Coach team members on best practices to attract and retain top talent, conduct brainstorming sessions with teams across the company to improve recruiting tactics and increase activity/heighten employer brand awareness within each department.
