The Executive Assistant & Office Manager is responsible for providing high-level support to senior executives while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role combines executive assistance with office management duties, requiring strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
How You'll Contribute:
* Provide comprehensive operational support to the executives and select team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Support internal and external meeting preparation and follow-ups, including logistics, agendas, and minutes
* Compile meeting documents for upload into the data repository and when applicable, track in applicable project tracking systems (i.e., Asana)
* Serve as the liaison between various stakeholders and collaborates closely with other Executive Assistants

* Coordinate building security for visitors and new team members including badging and floor mapping
* Responds promptly to all incoming inquiries, analyzing staff and client needs, and recommending solutions using excellent judgment
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
* Manages all administrative tasks, including various projects as they arise and always preempting the needs, requirements and constantly being one step ahead
What We're Looking For:
* At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive assistant or comparable position.
* Experience in the Financial Services or Insurance Industry preferred.
* High school diploma or equivalent is minimum required education. Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience with expense management software and data share sites
* Willingness to be responsive evenings and weekends for time sensitive matters
* Ability to be in the office Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm (or as needed)
* Highly organized, precise, proactive and capable of multitasking.

What You Will Do
Utilizes approved assessments to identify clients/members needs and family needs; develops initial and ongoing clinical plan of care. Updates plan at specified intervals, and as needed based on changes in client/member condition or circumstances

Position Summary
The WORLD Internship Program is a 10-week program aimed to develop a bench of talented professionals who will be able to join us after college graduation. As a Summer Intern, you will gain an understanding of the Insurance Industry and the distribution models for Insurance Products. The program will provide you with a broad understanding of the insurance brokerage cycle from identifying and properly marketing risks, building a service timeline, implementing service requests, and working through a renewal. You will be placed in our Commercial Lines department for the duration of the summer:
Primary Responsibilities
You will work alongside our team and help drive the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks:
Processing renewal of ID cards and policy change requests
Carrier document attachments and Certificates of Insurance
Shadowing client calls and Client Advisor or Carrier visits
Data management work
Additional tasks that could be beneficial to the intern
You will support the development of positive relationships with clients and teammates by providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.

Qualifications
Must be enrolled in a business program at an accredited university or college and graduating in May 2027 or December 2026. (Graduates and students enrolled in Insurance and Risk Management programs strongly preferred)
Must be willing to work onsite, M-F between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (we do not offer remote internships)
Prior customer support experience preferred.
Possess strong organization / administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members. Self-motivated and driven.
Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

**Qualifications you'll bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Economics, Health Informatics, or related field. Associate's degree with the equivalent combination of related experience may also be considered.

**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Manage recurring audit inventories, ensuring timely progression and completion of existing audits.
+ Identify and initiate new audits as patterns emerge through risk-based monitoring efforts, datamining, and other routine payment policy reviews.
+ Analyze new opportunities to substantiate, size, and prioritize audit needs, and develop audit protocols for new audit types.
+ Report suspected fraud and abuse to the SIU for further investigation and identify providers in need of education.
+ Collect and validate Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) from payment integrity functions across the organization.
+ Assist in the reporting of monthly metrics and participate in cross-functional audit operations.
+ Handle department projects, participate in committees relevant to payment integrity, and support process improvement efforts.
+ Participate in training and development activities within the department and corporation.
+ Perform other audit activities and manual reviews as requested, ensuring accuracy of claims and supporting overall payment accuracy.
+ Perform research using "best practices" in auditing methodologies, remaining current in CPC coding, reimbursement methodologies, MVP Policies and Procedures, and updates in professional literature.
