Position Summary:
The Fixed Income Investment Associate is responsible for assisting analysts in identifying investment opportunities, assessing intrinsic value, and articulating the case for ideas to the Fixed Income investment team. Associates will utilize a rigorous and thorough investigative process including company visits, meetings with industry contacts, detailed financial analysis, and other appropriate research tools to identify attractive and evaluate investments. The Position
The Finance Team at Harris Associates is comprised of two core groups: Corporate Accounting and Fund Administration. The Fund Administration team supports fund operations, accounting, and financial reporting for the Oakmark Funds (including mutual funds and ETFs), as well as collective investment trusts (CITs) and limited partnerships (LPs) managed by Harris Associates L.P.
The Assistant Fund Controller plays a key role in supporting fund financial reporting, tax coordination, audit processes, compliance monitoring, and vendor oversight. This individual will collaborate across finance, operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge of fund structures and regulations, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles for Harris-managed funds
Review and approve journal entries, financial statements, and regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage fund expense processes including budgeting, accruals, and payment workflows
Coordinate custody operations such as security onboarding, collateral monitoring, and reconciliation
Support transfer agent functions, including vendor oversight and shareholder communications
Lead interactions with external auditors during annual financial statement audits and manage audit deliverables

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
7-10+ years of experience in fund accounting, administration, or operations within asset management.
Deep understanding of investment fund structures including mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, and limited partnerships, with working knowledge of associated tax and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Investment Company Act of 1940, ERISA).
Demonstrated experience managing fund service providers (custodians, administrators, transfer agents, auditors) and strengthening oversight and control frameworks.
Experience supporting tax compliance, reporting and regulatory filings for Registered Investment Companies is a plus. This includes but is not limited to review of tax provisions, footnote disclosures, tax estimates, distributions and shareholder reporting.
Strong command of financial reporting processes, fund expense management, and audit coordination.

The Position
The Performance Analytics team is responsible for calculating, analyzing, and reporting performance returns and risk statistics for client portfolios, strategy composites, and benchmarks. The team serves as an analytical resource for marketing, portfolio management, and other key stakeholders.

The Position
The Enterprise Risk and Internal Controls is a function within Compliance responsible for developing and driving the firm's compliance testing program, fostering a robust compliance, operational risk, and internal control structure and culture, and ensuring alignment with a global regulatory framework.
The Director of Enterprise Risk and Internal Controls, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk and Internal Controls, plays a critical role in maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing the firm's compliance and operational risk management and control environment. This role supports and leads efforts to ensure processes are efficient, well-controlled, and aligned with regulatory expectations, best practices, and firm policies. This position will have significant interaction with all areas of the business and varying levels of management, as well as with the firm's parent company's Compliance, Operational Risk, and Internal Audit teams, and independent third-party audit firms. Additionally, this position will contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives related to internal control testing, risk assessments, regulatory readiness, and governance documentation. Success in this role means having an initiative-taking, hands-on, and collaborative attitude, with a readiness to take ownership and drive accountability for a variety of initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the management, coordination, and performance of executing various elements of the enterprise risk management framework in alignment with compliance and operational risk policies.
Design, implement, document, and test compliance and operational controls, including expanding forensic testing activities to ensure adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
Perform comprehensive compliance and operational risk assessments, identifying exposures across investment operations, compliance, and support functions.
Develop, monitor, and report on key risk indicators (KRIs); track risk events and facilitate root cause analyses to drive ongoing risk mitigation and governance enhancements.
Maintain and refine the operational risk inventory and control mappings in collaboration with business and functional leaders.
Manage model risk model risk documentation and validation processes, ensuring robust governance and transparency.
Conduct walkthroughs and evaluations of front, middle, and back-office control functions to identify gaps, lead remediation efforts, and improve control effectiveness with process owners.
Champion the automation and digitalization of risks, conflicts of interest, and control activities in ComplianceAlpha.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive matrix of all compliance and forensic testing performed.
Production of various monthly and quarterly Compliance reports to Natixis.
Conduct related special projects/analysis on an as needed basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in internal controls, enterprise risk, or audit within asset management or financial services.
Deep understanding of investment products, fund structures, and operational workflows.
Solid knowledge of COSO, SOC, and global regulatory frameworks, with a strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, NAV calculations, custody operations, and portfolio accounting principles.
Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., ACA, Archer) and data aggregation and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to present ideas and information in a clear, succinct, and logical manner.
Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
Demonstrates exceptional diligence, with strong initiative and adaptability in navigating evolving priorities and environments.
Engages effectively across all levels, with integrity and sound judgment, confidently challenging and influencing decisions.

Position Summary:
The Technology & Digital Solutions team is responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure technology platforms that support the firm's investment operations, including order origination, trade execution, and investment compliance.
The Salesforce Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for platforms that enable primarily (80%) Distribution (Marketing & Sales), Legal & Compliance, Finance and Human Resources.
