The position is not remote and will be based in our St. Louis office and would require an in-office presence Monday - Friday during the normal operational hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities for Team Leadership & Development:
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Hands-on leader that can leverage our sales technology stack
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Recruit, onboard, and train new inside sales representatives
Act as both a leader and doer - setting strategy while actively engaging in sales development activities
Efficiently utilize the listed technologies: Microsoft Dynamics, SalesLoft, and Seismic
Develop and implement sales playbooks, KPIs, and Process Management best practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
Will travel to the other offices be required since all of their team members won't be in St. Louis?
Required Qualifications:
Proven 3 or more years of experience in
Inside Sales
management or related leadership role
BS/BA College Degree- Highly preferred
Self-motivation, responsible time management and effective communication skills
Strong track record of hiring, training, and scaling sales teams
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SalesLoft, and Seismic or related software used in a sales environment.
Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to order machines and equipment from Caterpillar and Allied Product line vendors.
Responsibilities:
* Order equipment: determines, based on the sales order, the type of equipment needed including attachments and orders the equipment. If not readily available through manufacturer, may determine other sources to acquire the equipment and negotiate pricing with other source.
* Evaluate all acknowledgements sent from Caterpillar to ensure they are accurate, delivery is on time, terms are correct and programs are applied.
* Reviews and approve all invoices from vendors to ensure accurate payments. If discrepancies are found is responsible for resolving with customer/vendor.
* Collaborates and negotiates with the manufacturer (i.e. Caterpillar) on delivery and problems due to shortages, incorrect parts, etc.
* Coordinate deliveries with truck lines from factories to Fabick locations or customer job sites including determining pricing for deliveries.
* Coordinate field service to be on customer job sites for assembly of equipment and installation of attachments.
* File claims with Caterpillar for missing parts or parts damaged during transit.
* Notify Fabick locations of what equipment will arrive at their location, when to expect it, and what needs to be done with the equipment.
* Act as the Communication Coordinator between Fabick and Caterpillar; distribute emails to appropriate Fabick employees when necessary.
* Serve as a back-up to the Work Tool Specialist and order attachments when necessary.
* Locate equipment at other Caterpillar dealers and negotiate trade terms for sold machines that are needed to close a deal with customers; add equipment to inventory.
* Work with all of the sales managers to answer technical questions. Consult with factory personnel, if necessary, to obtain answers.
* Maintain and house all files for every piece of equipment and all attachments.
* All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other Business related field required.
* At least 2 years of general office administration experience required.
* At least 2 years of experience ordering machinery or parts preferred.
* Ability to manage priorities for individual responsibilities and tasks.
* Quality computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* Skilled in written and verbal communications.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Familiarity with Cat machinery preferred.

The sales team to educate, train, support, and attend key meetings with construction companies who specialize in civil engineering projects and specialty contractors in marine, paving, landfills, and other earthmoving projects.
Construction companies to demonstrate, educate, consult, and train on all facets of the 3D Construction Process.
Trimble Product Managers beta testing new software and hardware releases.
Assist or lead product training/demonstrations, project consulting, and will assist the sales team to close new sales opportunities, conduct post-sale training and support.
The Digital Construction Professional (DCP) will be an expert on the 3D construction process with full understanding of the data-driven workflow for 3D construction
Primary Responsibilities:
Consulting and product demonstrations on key features and functions available using Trimble/Teledyne or other OEM software and hardware in the data-driven workflow of the 3D construction process.
Demonstrate how to estimate/verify quantities.

Job Summary:
Ensure that all machines under Customer Value Agreements (CVA) are scheduled with the servicing store before maintenance is due, update and maintain all scheduling software and programs, accurately invoice all CVA work performed in a timely manner, assist Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) and sales group with quoting non-traditional CVA's.
Responsibilities:
Review CVA work order and parts activity to ensure CVA balances are within acceptable profit targets. Note any non-CVA activity in jobs and report to Supervisor.
Process Preventative Maintenance Parts Kits for Parts Only CVA contracts utilizing our work order system which would include opening and closing of work orders, utilizing standard jobs, ordering parts, monitoring backordered parts, and maintaining PM kit database.
Compile reports for managers.
Enter New/Renewal Contracts into provided contract management software.
Monitor machine hours using existing scheduling and maintenance tracking software and alert the service department of upcoming work to be performed.
Record all visual and electronic findings from maintenance performed to be used for future scheduling and reference.
Accurately invoice customers for Preventative Maintenance (PM) work performed, ensuring the correct dollar amount is used, and all customer requested information appears on the invoice.
Assist with department record keeping and product research.
Activate appropriate services included in the CVA.

Field Service Engineer contributes to the success of Hartwig by keeping our customers' CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels by performing preventive maintenance.
This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical maintenance experience who wants to work around CNC machines. Main responsibilities of this full-time role based in the St. Louis, MO area include:
Conducting high quality, efficient and timely repair and installation of CNC machines
Recommending modifications and improvements to machines, equipment and processes
Training and instructing customers on service, repair and proper installation
Using software and electrical tools to find damaged work parts and identifying permanent solutions to repair computer-controlled machines and accessories
Ability to complete necessary tasks in our service software and timecard system daily
Traveling to customer sites, sometime within a 3-hour radius from home, with occasional overnight travel
Qualifying Skills:
4 years of demonstrated mechanical and electrical experience
Experience installing and troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
Formal education or training in troubleshooting, repair and installation for CNC Machines - highly preferred
Experience repairing and servicing CNC machines- highly preferred
Field Service experience with electromechanical equipment (i.e. HVAC, printing presses, etc.)
Good driving record and valid driver's license to ensure fleet vehicle insurability

Job Summary:
The Service Writer is responsible for being a liaison between the shop and external customers, communicating progress on service work.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and reviews work order files. Includes opening jobs, making changes and reviewing work orders for closing on the computer. Monitors credit approval and assures that COD jobs are collected when appropriate. Provides input for changes in procedure. Reviews daily time cards and labor entry to make sure time is entered into the appropriate job segment. Keeps abreast of technical developments. Assists with walk in customers and phone calls.

Job Summary:
Ensure that all machines under Customer Value Agreements (CVA) are scheduled with the servicing store before maintenance is due, update and maintain all scheduling software and programs, accurately invoice all CVA work performed in a timely manner, assist Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSR) and sales group with quoting non-traditional CVA's.
Responsibilities:
* Review CVA work order and parts activity to ensure CVA balances are within acceptable profit targets. Note any non-CVA activity in jobs and report to Supervisor.
* Process Preventative Maintenance Parts Kits for Parts Only CVA contracts utilizing our work order system which would include opening and closing of work orders, utilizing standard jobs, ordering parts, monitoring backordered parts, and maintaining PM kit database.
* Compile reports for managers.
* Enter New/Renewal Contracts into provided contract management software.
* Monitor machine hours using existing scheduling and maintenance tracking software and alert the service department of upcoming work to be performed.
* Record all visual and electronic findings from maintenance performed to be used for future scheduling and reference.
* Accurately invoice customers for Preventative Maintenance (PM) work performed, ensuring the correct dollar amount is used, and all customer requested information appears on the invoice.
* Assist with department record keeping and product research.
* Activate appropriate services included in the CVA.

Working alongside the Information Technology team, this role ensures that process improvements translate into scalable, user-friendly solutions integrated with enterprise platforms such as AI capabilities, ERP systems, workflow automation tools, and other business applications. Responsibilities:
* Partner with operational and frontline teams to implement and sustain improvements.
* Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and cross-functional problem-solving sessions.
* Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities using Lean tools (e.g., 5S, spaghetti diagrams, standard work, visual controls).
* Conduct value stream mapping and develop future-state workflows aligned with business goals.
* Analyze process performance using data-driven methods.
* Identify opportunities to utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence, digitize, automate, or simplify workflows with measurable outcomes.
* Help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization through training, coaching, and recognition.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 2-3 Years of hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
* 3--4 years of hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
* Proven experience leading or supporting Kaizen events, value stream mapping, or A3 initiatives.
* Ability to analyze data, create process visuals (flowcharts, VSMs), and track improvement metrics.
* Skilled in facilitating cross-functional teams and frontline engagement.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and CI-related platforms (e.g., Blueworks Live, Power BI).
* Proficiency with Asana, Monday, Wrike or other related project management platforms.
* Strong experience collaborating with software/application teams to implement business-enabling technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Depth in process analysis, mapping, and root cause problem-solving to deliver measurable business impact.
* Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, service platforms, workflow automation, and process modeling tools, including integration across core enterprise systems.
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority and build consensus across stakeholders.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication abilities.
* Experience in heavy equipment sales and service, dealerships, field services, or equipment rental; exposure to early-stage Continuous Improvement programs a plus.

Job Purpose
The Regional Safety Manager provides strategic leadership and hands-on oversight for Health and Safety programs across Fabick CAT's Missouri and Illinois operations. This role partners with operational leaders and the Safety Director to integrate safety into every aspect of our culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DOT, and Fabick CAT standards. The position drives continuous improvement, proactive risk management, and accountability to support Fabick CAT's STRIDE values and our Commitment to Safe Service.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
* Partner with the Safety Director and regional leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve safety performance and employee engagement.
* Establish measurable goals for reducing risk exposure and monitor progress using leading and lagging indicators.
* Facilitate regular performance reviews and collaborate with managers to ensure continuous improvement.
* Champion Fabick CAT's culture by engaging employees and leaders at all levels in ownership of safe work practices.
Risk Management & Compliance
* Conduct, reinforce and train proactive risk assessments across service shops, field operations, warehouses and power generation to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA, MSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations, and Fabick CAT policies.
* Lead and document internal safety audits and inspections; oversee corrective action tracking and completion.
* Prepare for and assist during federal, state, and local inspections and investigations.
* Maintain and update the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Incident Management & Analysis
* Lead or support root cause analyses for incidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses; identify corrective and preventive actions.
* Partner with the Safety Director to communicate findings, implement improvements, and verify effectiveness.
* Assist in managing workers' compensation claims and collaborate with HR and leadership to reduce recurrence.
Training, Communication & Engagement
* Assist with development and delivery of engaging training programs for employees, supervisors, and managers.
* Promote positive safety observations, near-miss reporting and proactive communication throughout the region.
* Collaborate with the regional athletic trainer (ATC) to ensure program effectiveness, including injury prevention and case management.
* Participate in and support local Safety Action Teams and Corporate Continuous Improvement (CI) Teams.
* Support onboarding and orientation for new employees to ensure they understand Fabick CAT's safety expectations and resources.
Data, Systems & Reporting
* Utilize digital platforms such as Avetta, ISNetworld, and internal systems to track compliance and performance metrics.
* Analyze safety data to identify trends, develop recommendations, and prepare reports for regional and corporate leadership.
* Present findings and progress updates through clear, visual, and actionable reports.
Emergency Preparedness
* Lead regional efforts to develop, test, and evaluate emergency response and business continuity plans.
* Maintain relationships with local fire departments, emergency responders, and mutual aid partners to enhance readiness.
Other Responsibilities
* Participate in Operations and Corporate Health and Safety promotions and initiatives.
* Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety with 2+ years of experience in Health and Safety or any other degree with 4+ years' experience in Health and Safety required.
* Professional certifications such as CSM, ASP, CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred.
* Experience within heavy equipment, or construction industries strongly preferred.
* Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, ANSI, and EPA standards.
* Experience developing and implementing policies, training, and audits across multiple sites.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders and team members at all levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with safety management software (Avetta, ISNet).
* Ability to travel up to 50% throughout Fabick CAT's Missouri and Illinois region.
