    Dining Stock/Runner Job Purpose The purpose of this stock/runner position is to deliver and maintain adequate food/beverage supplies to households. This includes; delivery of all (BLD) meal components, floor stock/nourishment items to the households. To accurately document; sanitation solution concentration, refrigeration /freezers, dish machine and meal service (BLT) temperatures. Highlights of the Role I. Meal Delivery Process: ¨ Responsible for the organization, proper handling and delivery of main meal components, nourishments, floor stock via food trucks to households ¨ Records and documents meal (BLD) food temperatures prior to delivery and related DOH items as required ¨ Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor ¨ Records refrigeration/freezer temperatures in households II.
