Job Purpose
The purpose of this stock/runner position is to deliver and maintain adequate food/beverage supplies to households. This includes; delivery of all (BLD) meal components, floor stock/nourishment items to the households. To accurately document; sanitation solution concentration, refrigeration /freezers, dish machine and meal service (BLT) temperatures.
Highlights of the Role
I.
Meal Delivery Process:
¨ Responsible for the organization, proper handling and delivery of main meal components, nourishments, floor stock via food trucks to households
¨ Records and documents meal (BLD) food temperatures prior to delivery and related DOH items as required
¨ Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor
¨ Records refrigeration/freezer temperatures in households

Household
Stocking Services:
¨ Collects orders for the household units as per the established process
¨ Separates orders per household and delivers items to units
¨ Stores items as per instructions and guidelines, following FIFO rotation
¨ Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor

Ware Washing Services:
¨ Collection of food carts and soiled pans from house hold units
¨ Return soiled pans to pot room area
¨ Ensures documentation of dish machine final rinse temperature
¨ Documents concentration compliance with sanitizing solutions
IV
Household
Kitchen Maintenance
¨ Responsible for:
o Putting away food service deliveries using guidelines provided
o Cleaning of food trucks and carts
o Adherence to daily / weekly cleaning lists as outlined
o Performing all other duties as assigned by supervisor
o Reports any household equipment in need of repair
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum of three months related
Experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Description:
Provide medical nutrition therapy for the elders including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention
Complete Minimum Data Set (MDS) in a timely manner to ensure compliance with federal regulations
Develop comprehensive care plans to ensure the elders' dietary needs are being met
Participate in weekly interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Interact with family members of elders when necessary to implement appropriate care plans
Conduct audits and participate in elder satisfaction programs
Mentors elder services staff and student interns as applicable
Candidate Requirements:
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registered Dietitian Eligible
Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical record, and foodservice management software program

Job duties include:
* Actively "running" trays and meals for up to 400+ residents during shift including daily delivery of food trucks to nursing floors
* Responsibility for general appearance of food presentation to residents and guests as well as assembling and portioning beverages such as milk, juice, and shakes
* Assisting with Dish Ware services such as loading and unloading dishwasher
* Responsibility for safe and clean food service in a team environment
Job Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED from an accredited school
* Six months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Interest in working with our Webster community on our Cherry Ridge Campus
* Knowledge of food service or dietary service preferred

Job Description:
Checks for daily assignments. If no assignment is written, Mechanic enters where he/she will be working. Regularly updates assignment book at front office to reflect changes of assigned areas.
Makes preventative maintenance inspections and performs preventative maintenance tasks. Assists in updating preventative maintenance procedures to ensure periodic equipment maintenance needs are met.
Trouble shoots and makes repairs on most facility equipment. Involves Mechanical Leader when working on complex equipment.
Performs minor plumbing repairs on sinks & toilets and air-lines and cleans drains as required.
Paints, plasters, repairs walls.
Performs repair welding using gas and/or electric tools. Must be able to perform basic brazing with soft solder, silver solder, steel rod, and stainless rod. Must have basic arc welding skills to be able to weld thin gauge material.
Snow removal of resident vehicles and snow removal and salting of all walkways
Works on an “on-call” schedule to meet the 24-hour repair needs of the facility.
Regularly inspects remote storage areas for stock depletion and places orders as needed.
Responds to all resident service requests in a timely manner and follows up with resident within 24 hours to ensure a satisfactory result
Drives the St. Ann's Community Van occasionally for events.
Responds to emergency calls and assists with providing help.
Ensures all work orders are satisfactorily closed out and supporting data is entered, also ensuring that all parts used are removed from physical inventory.
